| Objective:To investigate the effect of ACE related antihypertensive drugs on the formation of skin scar,and to provide theoretical basis for ACE related anti scarring drugs.Methods:This experimental investigation is a clinical retrospective survey.The research object is the review patients of thyroid benign and malignant tumor after surgery in the Jiaxing First Hospital surgical oncology clinic from January 2015 to October-2016.To investigate whether patients taking ACEI duration and ARB class of antihypertensive drugs and drug taking the length and nature of benign and malignant thyroid tumors and surgical scar formation after time after thyroid surgery,measuring the length and width of skin scar.SPSS 19.0 statistical software package was used to analyze the differences of skin scar width in patients with benign and malignant tumors of thyroid benign and malignant tumor after taking ACEI class of antihypertensive drugs,ARB class of antihypertensive drugs,other types of antihypertensive drugs and no drug group.To analyze the effect of ACE like antihypertensive drugs on the formation of skin scar.Results:The scar width was significantly decreased(p<0.05)in the patients taking ACEI and ARB classes of antihypertensive drugs compared with other antihypertensive drugs group and those who did not take group(blank control group).Conclusion:1.ACEI type antihypertensive drugs can inhibit the formation of skin scar.2.ARB type antihypertensive drugs can inhibit the formation of skin scar. |
