After defining the detention center aids the human rights of detainees to protect the existing problems, to further analyze the reason of formation, respectively analyses the cause from custody management thought, detention measures, special management difficulty AIDS management situation, four aspects. With the reference of foreign aids in personnel management, collection of France, the United States and Australia on AIDS detention officers for the protection of human rights system, summarized to improve China's AIDS in human rights protection system of staff inspiration. Finally put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve China's AIDS prisoners rights protection, the establishment of scientific management mechanism of AIDS inmates, steadily push forward the reform process of the medical society, the construction of the quality of personnel, and effectively solve the problem of the custody deadline, improve complaint handling mechanism of detention.To protect the rights of detainees in the detention center for AIDS research, to ensure the communication supervision site safety and stability, the prevention and control of AIDS in places under customs supervision, prevention of occupation exposure, promote the protection of the rights of special groups, has important practical significance to maintain social harmony.
