Plasmapheresis machine,is the most commonly used method to collect Fresh Frozen Plasma(FFP),which is the raw material of blood products.During plasmapheresis process,the usage of anticoagulant is crucial,because its excessive dosage will cause bas effect on donor health,company profits and the quality of blood products.This thesis proposes a new design and implementation of plasma apheresis machine control system.The design abandons the old MCU based control system,upgraded to a combination including a STM32 Free RTOS based control system,an ARM Linux based interactive system,and a data server using Tomcat,Spring and MySQL.This new system design gives the plasmapheresis machine,which is a class III medical device,an overall improvement on monitor,security,event traceability,and data analyzing.Base on the new system,this thesis presents a new,precise control scheme for automatic plasmapheresis machine.The scheme includes a dynamic peristaltic pump calibration,aiming to ensure the outcome anticoagulant-blood ratio is equal to the set ratio.In addition,a new algorithm calculate the hematocrit dynamically,so that give the procedure an important parameter to set the individualized anticoagulant-blood ratio.The ratio used to be set by nurse after the hematocrit test before procedure,could be set automatically now.With these two new technologies,we can get a less anticoagulant consuming and equally safe procedure,without any changes to the plasmapheresis devices.New plasma apheresis machine in increased anticoagulant precise control feature,clinically proven,universal access to the users.Plasma donation Member Since clinical response anticoagulant overdose 70% reduction in raw material plasma plasma protein content is also a 5% increase.The new data system for subsequent research has laid a solid foundation,each plasma apheresis machine can produce more than 100,000 pieces of raw data per day,the future use of these huge amounts of data can be more dimensions of data analysis,so as to continuously enhance the plasmapheresis harvest quality machine system.
