BackgroundHypertension is a common chronic cardiovascular disease, can not cure, need lifelong treatment, our patients with hypertension diseases related knowledge is low rate, treatment compliance and blood pressure control rate levels, especially among community elderly patients with hypertension is more obvious.Self management behavior of patients with hypertension in the treatment of hypertension in the process play an important role, therefore,to strengthen the self management behavior of elderly patients with hypertension health education, improve patient self-management level, can improve the treatment compliance of patients, establish healthy life style, improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce hypertension complications, improve the quality of life of patients.ObjectivesTo investigate the self-management level of elderly patients with hypertension in community, and to explore the effect of gratitude intervention on self-management level of elderly patients with hypertension. To provide theoretical basis for improving and improving the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension in community from the perspective of positive psychology.MethodsA convenient sampling method is adopted,From June 2015 to December,160 cases of primary hypertension and elderly patients with primary hypertension in Puyang People's Hospital and affiliated community clinics were selected as study subjects,The research objects were divided into intervention group and control group,80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education intervention, and the interventiongroup was given the gratitude intervention. Two groups of patients before intervention,3months after the intervention,6 months were the general situation questionnaire, six questionnaires(GQ6),Morisky medication compliance assessment scale,Health behavior ability scale(SRAS),Blood pressure compliance rate,Two groups of patients to assess the level of gratitude,Medication compliance and health behavior.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis,Measurement data using mean + standard deviation,Usage rate or percentage(%)of count data,By using independent sample t test, chi square test,Analysis of variance of repeated measurement data,Pearson correlation analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the results,?=0.05 as the test level.Results1.There were no significant differences between two groups in gender, age, weight, educational level, marital status, medical expenses sources, hypertension, complications, smoking, drinking, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, compared with the BMI index, waist circumference, gratitude level and self management ability, exercise time, oil intake, salt intake, intake, intake of fruits and vegetables medication compliance, blood pressure control rate of baseline data(P> 0.05).2.There were significant differences in the level of gratitude among the elderly with different educational levels. The higher education level was significantly higher than the lower education level(P<0.05).Gratitude level of elderly hypertensive patients with different sources of medical expenses had a significant difference, gratitude level in elderly patients with essential hypertension was significantly higher than that of free medical insurance/social security,singles(P<0.05).In addition, there was no significant difference in the demographic variables such as gender, marital status and other demographic variables(P>0.05)in the elderly patients with hypertension. There were significant differences in self-management ability among the elderly with different educational levels. The higher education level was significantly higher than the lower level of Education(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the demographic variables such as gender, marital status, and medical expenses of elderly hypertensive patients(P>0.05).3.The variance of complex measurement data analysis showed that 6 months after the intervention, the intervention group of gratitude level, patient self management ability, compliance score, exercise time, vegetable intake, fruit intake was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),with the intervention of a rising trend;the intervention group systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure BMI index and waistcircumference, oil intake, salt intake was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),with the intervention of a downward trend.4.After 6 months of intervention, the rate of blood pressure in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the ability of self-management and gratitude are positively correlated(r=0.684,P=0.012),the higher the level of gratitude, patient self management ability level is high;the compliance score and gratitude level was positively correlated(r=0.712,P=0.004),the higher the level of gratitude, compliance with higher scores.ConclusionGratitude intervention can obviously improve the gratitude of senile hypertension pati ents in community,so as to improve its compliance,is beneficial to blood pressure control...
