The Research Of Hypertension Status And Influencing Factors For Community Residents In Urumqi

Objective: Based on a certain community residents in Urumqi in the epidemiology and its related risk factors of hypertension,understand the community residents of hypertension prevalence,awareness,treatment and control high blood pressure,etc.,Analyzing the influence factors,puts forward appropriate suggestions on problems found and measures to help the community hypertension prevention and control work,further improve the quality of life in patients with high blood pressure and health level.Methods: Using questionnaire to survey a community residents in Urumqi,using SPSS17.0 questionnaire data analysis.Results: 1,The community residents the prevalence of hypertension was 44.40%,the prevalence of male residents(51.67%)than women(35.56%).2,Master degree of community residents of hypertension knowledge,mastering the knowledge of the patients with high blood pressure of hypertension is better than that of the patients with high blood pressure.3,High blood pressure,blood pressure monitoring in patients with rate of 90.98%,with 9.02% of patients with high blood pressure has never been on blood pressure monitoring.4,High blood pressure in patients with better blood pressure control level,53.76% of the blood pressure of hypertension patients can return to normal after treatment.5,Community residents to obtain knowledge of high blood pressure is the main way of medical staff,propaganda way is the most acceptable knowledge lecture;6,Compared with patients with high blood pressure,high blood pressure patients of hypertension is more about terror.7,The influencing factors of community residents of hypertension,the single factor analysis of gender,age,blood glucose,blood lipid level and BMI,eating habits,diet,smoking,drinking,exercise situation,family history and hypertension knowledge about 12 factors,finally into the binary classification logistics regression equation there are eight factors: BMI,blood lipid level,knowledge about hypertension,physical exercise,drinking situation,the proportion of element,gender,family history.Conclusion: The community intervention is effective for hypertension prevention and treatment of the good way.Planned and organized by the community hypertension intervention,systematic management,improve patient according to the medical behavior and self health care consciousness,the high risk factors of hypertension and effectively implement the monitoring,improving the awareness,treatment and control of high blood pressure,reducing hypertension incidence,morbidity and mortality.
