Background and objectiveLipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)] is a synthesized by the liver acute phase proteins,Advances in serum Lp(a)of the display: The serum LP(a)concentration of individuals with a relatively stable specificity, the role of diet, living environment and is not sensitive to the drug. There are already a large number of survey results show that plasma LP(a)concentration is an independent risk factor for emergency ACS,but the plasma concentration levels in the prognosis of patients with ACS undergoing PCI after is unclear. The trial aimed to assess the predictive value of plasma in patients with ACS undergoing PCI in the emergency surgery prognosis LP(a).MothodFrom October 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital Cardiology for treatment of acute coronary syndrome geriatric patients after PCI Treatment discharged.By recording clinical data,as of April 2016 telephone or outpatient follow-up,the patient was on the track and see if there are post-PCI endpoint events(cardiac death, myocardial infarction,re-PCI or CABG,because of stubborn angina, heart failure, cardiogenic shock in this admission).According to the plasma LP(a)levels were divided into:(1)0 <LP(a)<150;(1)150 <LP(a)<300;(3)300 <LP(a)<400;(4)LP(a)>400.Correlation of plasma LP(a)levels and plasma lipids in common between;and then explore different LP(a)levels on the line after PCI in patients with ACS event rates between plasma by correlation analysis,p <0.05.This result was statistically significant.use univariate and multivariate Logistic regression to analysis the prognostic value of assess the plasma LP(a)levels on ACS patients undergoing PCI.Result(1)Through screening initially selected 1012 cases as the research object,as of April 2016,the follow-up to the 960 cases,follow-up the success rate of 95%.Events at the end of 148 cases, the central source sex death 34 cases,36 cases again revascularization(PCI again 29 cases,7 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting),for refractory angina pectoris, heart failure, cardiac shock, with 78 cases of readmission to the hospital.(2)The incidence of four groups of patients was 3.4%?13.9%?23.4%?26.9%,as a higher levels of LP(a)and the trend of increasing. Is obtained by Pearson correlation analysis between the two were positively correlated, correlation coefficient r = 0.348,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion(1)ACS patients after PCI and its recurrence rate in patients in vivo lipoprotein(a)levels were positively correlated, when elevated plasma lipoprotein(a)levels, the risk of its occurrence endpoint events also increases.(2)ACS patients after PCI endpoint occurred in plasma total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and were positively correlated with high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was negatively correlated.(3)For ACS patients,LP(a)levels of HDL-C,LDL-C and LP(a)relevant, which may be suffering from this disease. And other lipid parameters in patients with ACS undergoing PCI after treatment prognosis judgment on the value(4)lipoprotein(a)there is no outstanding advantages, but when it is combined with,or with LDL-C and TC / HDL-C,its to end incidents in risk prediction advantage will significantly improve.
