Clinical Observation Of Warming Kidney And Spleen And Blood Paste In The Treatment Of Hemodialysis Patients With Anemia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Warming Kidney and Spleen and Blood Paste in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with anemia.Methods 120 cases of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis with anemic in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected,these patients were divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n= 60) two groups according to the random number table, the control group received Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group were treated with service Warming Kidney and Spleen and Blood Paste based on the control group treatment, then the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,Hemoglobin(Hb), Red blood cell count(RBC), Hematocrit(HCT), Serum ferritin(SF), Serum transferrin saturation(TS), Erythropoietin(EPO) and other laboratory parameters and adverse side effects of of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total treatment efficiency of the treatment group 80.0%(48/60) was significantly higher than the control group 63.3%(38/60) (P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores after treatment of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05); The difference of the clinical symptom scores before treatment between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05),the clinical symptom score after treatment of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The Hb, SF, EPO levels after treatment of the treatment group were significantly higher (P<0.05),the Scr, BUN levels were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),but the differences of the RBC, HCT, TS levels between before and after treatment were not significant (P> 0.05); The Hb, SF levels after treatment of the control group were significantly higher (P<0.05),the Scr, BUN levels were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05),but the differences of RBC, HCT, TS, EPO levels between before and after treatment were not significant (P> 0.05). The differences of Hb, RBC, HCT, SF, TS, EPO, Scr, BUN levels before treatment between the two groups were not significant (P> 0.05), the EPO level of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05), but the differences of Hb, RBC, HCT, SF, TS, Scr, BUN levels between the two groups were not significant (P> 0.05). The difference of the incidence of side effects between the two groups 15.0%(9/60),11.7%(7/60) was not significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion Warming Kidney and Spleen and Blood Paste can effectively improve the overall efficiency and EPO level and improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of side effects of hemodialysis patients with anemia, it has significant clinical effect, so is worthy of promotion.
