Objective:To analysis the drug resistance of 1800 cases of m ycobacterium tuberculosis from June 1, 2010 to Ma y 31, 2014 in five cities in Inner Mongolia, to explore TB drug tolerance situation of different time, region and population, put forward reasonable intervention measures, as far as possible to reduce the drug resistance of TB patients, to control t he prevalence of tuberculosis(TB) effectively. Methods:Isolate and culture MTB and identify the bacteria types, Take the drug sensitive test for 1800 cases of MTB(Including Isoniazid, Rifam picin, Ofloxacin, Kanamycin), collect the test results. The data was analyzed by SPSS21.0, the measurement data was expressed by((34)±S), count data was expressed by rate or constituent ratio, ?2 test was used to com pare between these groups.Results:(1)Our study collected 1800 cases of patients with tuberculosis in Inner Mongolia, the youngest of them was 13 years old, the biggest was 88 years old, average ag e was(47.4± 16.35) years old, 40~59-year-old people accounted for 40.78%.Ther e were 1288 m an in our study, accounted for 71.56%, and 512 wome n, accounted for 28.44%. 1002 untreated patients and 798 ret reatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients. 36.17 patients were infected with TB bacilli from June 2012 to May 2013. 645(35.83%) patients came from Ulanchap.(2) The total drug tolerance rate of the patients was 39.61%, the multi-drug tolerance rate was 22.28%, th e widespread drug tolerance rate was 1.00%. Statistical inspection re sults showed that the total drug tolerance rate, the multi-drug tolerance rate of retreatment patients were all higher than untreated patients(P<0.05).(3) This experiment studied the resistant status for four ki nds of anti-TB drugs, resistant rates from high to low in turn were: Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Ofloxacin and Kanam ycin sulfate. After statistical testing, the drug tolerance rate for H, R, O drugs of retreatment patients were higher than untreated patients(P<0.05); the single drug tolerance rate for R drug of retreatment patients were higher than untreated patients(P<0.05); and the drug tol erance rate for H+R drug of retreatment patients were higher than untreated patients(P<0.05).(4) For patients with dif ferent genders, ages, cities and years of illness, the drug tolerance rate was also different. Among them, male patients, aged from 40 to 59, t he patients from Tongliao or infected from June 2010 to May 2011 have higher drug tolerance rates.Conclusion:(1) The incidence of tuberculosis, especially drug-resistant TB and Multidrug-resistant TB, in Inner M ongolia was higher than the national average level. The TB drug toleranc e situation in our region was not optimistic.(2)The TB drug t olerance situation of retreatment patients in Inner Mongolia was pretty serious, the tota l drug tolerance rate, the multi-drug tolerance rate of retreatment patie nts were all higher t han untreated patients.(3) The drug tolerance was comm on for Isoniazid and Rifam picin. And the total drug tolerance rate, th e single drug tolerance rate and the tolerance rate for com bination of two drugs were dif ferent between retreatment patients and untreated patients.(4) For patients with different genders, ages, cities and years of illness, the total drug tolerance rate was different. |
