Objective:In recent years, the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscope is more and more widely used in clinical, and achieved good clinical efficacy. But there are quite a few literature reported cases of that still appear joint instability after ACL reconstruction, the main reason including, such as graft loose, tendon bone poor healing. And secure fixed is a key factor to avoid graft loose, the subject by means of a clinical comparative study of reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament tibial end of two different fixation methods, one fixed by interference screw joint the titanium staple, and the other is fixed by interference screw simply,In order to find a more effective method to avoid the graft to loose after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Materials and methods:From may 2011 to june 2014,the 120 patients(120 cases of knee)selected with ACL injury receive treatment in the third hospital of Hebei Medical University,Hamstring tendons were selected as implants in all the patients of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, femoral fixation using Endobutton, according to the different ways in the tibial end fixation, divided into two groups.group A(62 cases),tibial end select interference screw with the titanium staple to fixed.group B(58 cases),tibial end select interference screw fixed only, using IKDC and Lysholm scores system for an average of 14.8 months follow-up survey of all cases, select 12 months after operation for comparison, take Lachman test and pivot shift test to evaluate the stability of two groups, take KT-2000 arthrometer to measure the posteroanterior displacement of tibia, and to quantitatine research the joint stability. Results:postoperative Lysholm score, group A 94.5±6.8,group B 89.1±7.7,and the differences between the two groups have statistical differences(P<0.05);postoperative IKDC score, group A 86.5±9.7,group B 81.6±10.3,the differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.01);to compare the posteroanterior displacement of tibia with KT2000:group A 2.8cm±1.4cm.group B 2.1cm ±1.4cm.And the differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05)?Conclusions : The tibial end of ACL reconstruction is fixed by interference screw joint with the titanium staple is better than fixed by interference screw simple, and it can provide a more stable fixation, and Make the knee joint is more stable,So that the knee joint can get better stability and jiont function.
