Objective By comparing the AECOPD combined with T2DM and simple AECOPD patients in pulmonary function, blood gas analysis, coagulation function, hs-CRP, hospital days, whether there are differences, To provide reference for the evaluation, treatment and prognosis of patients with AECOPD complicated with T2DM in clinical work.Methods Collection of 40 cases of hospitalized patients in our department during a certain period of AECOPD with T2DM, and 40 cases of simple AECOPD in the same period as the control group, Collection of pulmonary function(FVC, FEV1/FVC, DLCO), blood gas analysis(PO2, PCO2), blood coagulation function(DD, FIB), hs-CRP, length of stay in hospital, The data were collected and analyzed statistically, Comparison of AECOPD patients with T2DM and simple AECOPD patients in pulmonary function, blood gas analysis, coagulation function, hs-CRP, hospital days, whether there is statistical difference.Results There were no significant differences in age and sex between 40 AECOPD patients and 40 AECOPD patients(P>0.05) in this study, Both of the FVC, DLCO, PO2, PCO2, D- D, FIB, hs-CRP, length of stay were statistically significant(P<0.05), And there was no statistical difference between the two(FEV1/FVC)(P<0.05).Conclusion AECOPD patients with T2DM were more likely to be restricted ventilation dysfunction and diffusion barriers; AECOPD patients with T2DM were more likely to show a low level of hypoxia and increased pressure of carbon dioxide; Elevated levels of FIB and D- two in patients with T2DM complicated with AECOPD; Elevated CRP levels in patients with AECOPD complicated with T2DM; The length of stay in patients with AECOPD was prolonged in patients with T2DM.
