Objective To investigate blood Hcy level in H-type hypertension patients, To investigate the association between the MTHFR gene C677 T polymorphism characteristics and the han people who suffer from H-type hypertension in Qinghai, so as to supplying the basic informatiom to H-type hypertension prevention and individualized treatment.Methods Randomly selected the inpatients or physical examination of han people in Qinghai provincial peoples hospital from Januar 2015 to Decmber 2016 : 37 cases of H-type hypertension group,with 21 male and 16 female respectively; 32 cases in non H-type hypertension group,with 18 male and 14 female, 30 cases in healthy control group,with 16 male and 14 female. PCR(Polymerase chain reaction, PCR) and restrictive fragment length polymorphism(Restriction fragment length polyorphism, RFLP) methods were used to detect the MTHFR gene C677 T polymorphism, analysis of the polymorphic loci of different genotype and allele frequency distribution in the han population in Qinghai Province.Results(1) H-type hypertension group MTHFR C677 T gene CC genotype frequency was 13.51%, CT genotype frequency was 45.94%, TT genotype frequency was 50.45%, non H-type hypertension group MTHFR C677 T gene allele frequency was 55.7%, the C allele frequency was 44.3%; The H CC was 13.50%, CT genotype frequency was 62.50%, TT genotype frequency 25.00%, T allele frequency was 56.45%, the C allele frequency was 43.55%; Healthy controls MTHFRC677 T gene CC genotype frequency was 26.67%, CT genotype frequency was 56.57%, 16.67% TT genotype frequency, T allele frequency was 45.00%, the C allele frequency was 55.00%; H-type hypertension group with non H-type hypertension group of MTHFR C677 T genotype and allele frequency distribution differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05); non H-type hypertension group and healthy control group MTHFR C677 T genotype distribution frequency difference no statistical significance(P > 0.05), the distribution of allele frequency difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); H-type hypertension group with the healthy controls group of MTHFR C677 T genotype and allele frequency distribution difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(2)For genotypes in patients with H-type hypertension group introduced model regression analysis with the control group, whether the risk of high blood pressure as a dependent variable, introducing genotype model are analyzed.Conclusion(1) the qinghai region han H-type hypertensio MTHFR gene C677 T genotype in hypertension crowd there exists significant difference in other parts of the han nationality population;(2) the MTHFR gene C677 T mutation is han qinghai region H risk factors of hypertension.
