Objective: To evaluate the life style of integrated information management platform for patients with diabetes(such as eating habits, exercise habits, smoking habits, alcohol drinking habit), self-management ability(such as: diet management, sports management, drug management, blood glucose monitoring, management of acute and chronic complications of management), physical examination(such as: weight blood pressure, abdominal circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference), biochemical indexes(such as fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin) effect. Methods: This study was a pilot study. To establish a comprehensive management team of diabetes, the patients in the Department of endocrinology of the people's Hospital of Gansu province in February 1, 2015-4, 1, in the case of informed consent, in accordance with the inclusion criteria and voluntary acceptance of the remote management of diabetes management platform in 84 patients, randomly divided into experimental group 42 cases, 42 cases in the control group. Two groups of patients were given conventional health education, such as the issuance of health manual, face to face education, regular follow-up after discharge. On this basis, the experimental group was given the distance education of the diabetes information management platform based on the integrated management of 9 months. At the beginning of the screen, the two groups of patients with eating habits, exercise habits, self management ability, physical examination, biochemical index data collected through the face of 9 months, two groups of patients in Gansu Province, the people's Hospital of physical and biochemical indicators of the examination and the collection of life style, self management ability data. X2 test and t test were used in statistical methods. To compare the differences between the two groups. Results: the average daily intake of dietary structure, such as cereals, vegetables, fruits, meat was more close to the dietary standard, and the results were statistically significant, P < 0.05, compared with the control group. The average daily intake of oil and fat was significantly lower than that of the control group, P < 0.01. In the five dimensions of diabetes self-management ability score results were statistically significant, including diet management, sports management, blood glucose monitoring management, total score P. Drug management and complication prevention and management score had obvious statistical significance P < 0.01. In physical examination, there was no significant difference between the two groups after the intervention, P > 0.05. The results showed that the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were statistically significant, and the fasting blood glucose values were P < 0.05. The results of the statistical results of glycosylated hemoglobin P < 0.01, have obvious statistical significance. Conclusion: after 9 months of comprehensive information management platform of the remote health education, the experimental group of patients can use more healthy eating habits, sports experts to meet the individual characteristics of health exercise habits, self management ability, blood sugar control more stable. And this way is not influenced by time, space and environment, which provides a scientific basis for the online education of diabetes in China. It is worth using in clinical practice.
