Objective The purpose of the study was to explore the application value of MR LAVA sequence in preoperative diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer,to compared with the pathological histological type of gastric cancer after operation, to provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis and surgery and improve the rate of surgical resection by explore the link between the two.Metheds Patients of advanced gastric carcinoma who were confirmed by gastroscopy and pathology in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,and performed 3.0T MR scan before operation, Collecting 31 cases clinical and MRI information of the different degrees differentiation of gastric cancer which confirmed by the pathology after surgery,analysis their MRI sequence images and measure apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) values of differentiated gastric cancer..Results Gastric carcinoma were significantly enhanced in LAVA dynamic enhanced arterial phase,all of them have high signal on DWI. The LAVA enhancement characteristics of high / middle differentiation of gastric carcinoma and low differentiated gastric cancer have obvious statistical difference( P=0.001). Two groups of different degree of differentiation of gastric adenocarcinoma ADC values measured only by DWI and combined with LAVA and DWI have statistical difference( F=10.910, P=0.000;F=16.508,P=0.000). The areas under ROC curve of different tissue differentiations of ADC sequence measured by LAVA+DWI are 0.844? 0.942, higher than the areas under the ROC curve of different tissue differentiations of ADC sequence measured only by DWI 0.842? 0.831.Conclusion 1. Liver acceleration volume acquisition(LAVA) sequence has better image quality,it can reflect the blood supply of the tumor,its enhanced expressions are closely related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer,its morphological features can make a correct preoperative evaluation towards the advanced gastric cancer, which is of great value.2. The combination of LAVA dynamic enhanced sequence and diffusion weighted imaging DWI sequence and the measurement of ADC value can distinguish the different degree of differentiation of gastric cancer, better complement the shortcomings of the conventional MRI sequence.
