| This paper used solid phase micro extraction(SPME) headspace sampling, combined with gas chromatography mass spectrometry hyphenated technique(GC-MS) to detect the volatile components of 16 agarwood samples of different origins, aims to establish a reliable and effective detection method for the volatile chemical components of agarwood, and provide reference for evaluating the quality of agarwood scientifically and reasonably by using SPME-GC-MS to analysis the volatile components in different batches of agarwood. The main results were as follows:(1)An optimal method for rapid extraction of volatile components of agarwood was established by using single factor method to optimize the extraction conditions, which is using the DVB/CAR/PDMS extraction fiber, 10 min to balance, 80 ℃ extraction temperature, 30 min to extract. The total peak area is the largest by this condition, so the extraction effect by this condition is the best.(2) Solid phase micro-extraction combined with GC-MS techniques was used in the research to separate and identify the chemical components and their percentage of the volatile components.(3)In the 16 tested agarwood samples, differences were found for chemical components in different origins, but all samples contain characteristic components of agarwood,i.e. benzyl acetone and agarospirol. By comparative analysis of the content of agarospirol, hinesoll, nootkatone, a-gurjunene and benzylacetone of the 16 samples,it got the result:most of the natural agarwood samples from Dongguan and Hainan have higher quality, and the‘Xingzhou’ natural agarwood samples have lower quality.(4)GC-MS chromatographic data of 4 samples from Dongguan were obtained from AgilentMSD Chemstation, average vector method and median vector method were used to obtain data of standard fingerprint of Dongguan natural agarwood, which can provide a reference for the evaluation of authentic Dongguan natural agarwood. |
