Objective:Based on the comparison research on some indexes before and after the standardized management in recent three years, such as FBG, HBA1 C, BP, BMI, WHR. This article evaluates the control of Type ? Diabetes Mellitus and then provides some references about the management of Type ? Diabetes Mellitus in community hospitals. Methods: Random drawing 4 community hospitals, Siping, wujiaochang, wujiaochangzhen,Daqiao. According to the electronic archives of Diabetes management, we chose patients with age between 35-45 who began to be under the management since 2011 and followed for 3 years. Each patient diagnosed with Type ? Diabetes Mellitus in 20 years should be visited at least four times a year. Some indexes of the selected patients, such as FBG, HBA1 C,BP, BMI, WHR were analyzed and compared.Result: During the three-year management, every year, the FBG ?HBA1C and diastolic pressure of the selected patients were all descended than before(P<0.05).The systolic pressure of the patients descended in the first two years after the management. There are no significant statistical differences in BMI and female WHR before and after the management(P>0.05). In the same age group, during the three-year management, the FBG?HBA1C and diastolic pressure of the selected patients were all descended than before(P < 0.05). There are no significant statistical differences in BMI and WHR before and after the management(P>0.05)However, there have fluctuation about systolic pressure in the group more than 80-year-old. There are no significant statistical differences between different age group except blood pressure. In the same sex group, during the three-year management, the FBG?HBA1C and diastolic pressure of the selected patients were all descended than before(P<0.05),WHR is higher in 2012 than the year of 2011 in the male group. After three years management in 2014,the BMI of female is higher than male(P<0.05).Conclusion: After the standardized management of diabetes in communities, on the whole, the FBG, Hb A1 c and BP of Type ? Diabetes Mellitus are lower than before, as well as less volatile and more stable. Therefore, standardized management of Type ? Diabetes Mellitus is effective.
