| Objective Observation of this study was to compare two of nutrition combined advantages of the advanced gastric cancer patients after short-term nutritional support to guide clinical gastric cancer postoperative nutritional support methods.Methods In Xin Hua hospital April 1, 2013- June 1, 2015 all cases of gastric surgery for the study, in order to meet the entry criteria for the survey of cases of gastric surgery. Postoperative gastrointestinal cancer by administering to a patient EEN and PN, were observed one day before surgery, one day, after three days, seven days a TP, ALB, PA, LC, IL-6, CRP and liver renal and nutritional assessment, postoperative exhaust time, length of stay, provide clinical data for the joint parenteral nutrition enteral application.Results 1. Serum protein levels reflect the nutritional status of the body, the paper two groups of total protein(TP), hemoglobin(HGB) and prealbumin(PA) for testing, showed that PN + EN group were quickly restored, the two groups there is a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).
