Especially along with the virtual reality technology and computer digital image processing technology in the medical field of extensive and in-depth application, as well as in the field of medical teaching need, prompting the whole medical system gradually toward virtual and digital is the direction of change.Medical teaching is a very important part in the medical field, and the teaching of surgical operation is a very important part in the medical field. However, traditional surgery teaching, especially in the brain surgery teaching, in the form of first is mainly on cadaver anatomical way to understand the human body structure, after according to the existing conditions lead students through a video or surgical field observation of learning. This kind of teaching methods exist problem of lack of human specimens, and have a number of brain surgery technology of medical institutions is also extremely scarce is not able to guarantee every students interested in the study of brain surgery are able to get enough resources to complete their studies, consolidate their knowledge, strengthen the practical ability. This way is also difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning. Although the majority of foreign medical colleges and one of the few medical schools have begun teaching activities by introducing the digital virtual human, but they still remain in the use of virtual human observations of the structure of the human body, surgical simulation requirements can not be achieved. Therefore, it is not fundamentally solve the bottleneck of the prevailing surgery teaching.In order to solve the above problem, this paper uses 3D modeling software Maya combined with 3D interactive software unity3 d developed an integrated human brain show, cerebral thrombus formation principle of display and brain stent surgery simulation interactive teaching system. Using this system can realize many people to study, avoid the shortage of resources, and strengthen the characteristics of the interaction. For a model for the human brain can zoom, rotation, single site observation and other functions, and with a text description; to cerebral thrombus and generating the presentation, equipped with the animation simulation; for brain stent surgery can by automatic presentation system operation flow, and by the user to the actual operation, so as to enhance the convenience and interest of the students. The system using unity3 d software as the main development tool, using its advanced illumination system, particle system, with edge detection algorithm and screen rear special effects technology, the establishment of the main framework of the system. And the use of C# language programming, thus enriching the function of the system. Through the test, the virtual interactive teaching system realized by the above method showed a high interactive, interesting and practical.
