With the rapid development of aviation transportation, the workload of maintenance personnel is increasing. It is normal for maintenance personnel to work overtime, thus decreasing their work efficiency. In the worse cases, it may influence flight safety. The research on fatigue of aircraft maintenance personnel is of great need.The detailed research on the influence factors and performance of fatigue of aircraft maintenance personnel is carried out. The research is based on the basic theory of fatigue,combined with the characteristics of maintenance work. And prediction model is also set up,with fatigue level acting as the input, and fatigue risk acting as the output. By doing statistical analysis about the start time of duty and the duration, the model can be used to forecast.It is based on the fatigue level of duty time.According to the principle of evaluation system, the index system of fatigue risk is established, based on the factors of personal, environment and word schedule. 19 professors were invited to mark the index system.And the comprehensive weight was got by using the method of least square and entropy weight method.Based on the comprehensive evaluation method and matter-element extension method which can be used to define the index of fatigue risk, the fatigue risk of line maintenance personnel and hangar maintenance personnel in one company was calculated. The result shows that the fatigue risk level between the two types of maintenance work is different.
