The Expression And Significance Of Angiotensin ?-1 Receptor Autoantibody In Serum Of Patients With Primary Aldosteronism

Objective: To investigate the expression of Angiotensin?type 1 receptor autoantibody(AT1R-AA) in serum of patients with primary aldosteronism(PA) and analyze its clinical meaning primarily.Methods: 42 patients with PA from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in the case group. The control group included 30 patients with primary hypertension and 30 healthy normotensive patients. The AT1R-AA titer was measured by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),using a peptide corresponding to the second extracellular loop of the human AT1 receptor. Three months after the operation(adrenal resection),we measured the titer of AT1R-AA again,using ELISA. Plasma aldosterone concentration and rennin activity were measured by radioimmunity.24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin and urinary transferring levels were detected by ELISA.Results: The positive rate of AT1R-AA was 66.7% in patients with PA. The titer of AT1R-AA in PA patients were significantly higher than both in primary hypertension patients and normotensive subjects. The titer of AT1R-AA in APA patients were high than IHA.AT1R-AA-positive and AT1R-AA-negative patients had no difference in the levels of 24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin and urinary transferring. The titer of AT1R-AA in PA patients is positively correlated with the plasma aldosterone concentration. The postoperative blood pressure of primary aldosteronism patients has a certain relationship with AT1R-AA. The titer of AT1R-AA in PA patients after operation was lower than before.Conclusions: The elevated titer of serum AT1R-AA in PA patients involved in disease process. The titer of AT1R-AA in PA patients is positively correlated with the plasma aldosterone concentration. The titer of AT1R-AA in APA patients is higher than IHA.The postoperative blood pressure of primary aldosteronism patients has a certain relationship with AT1R-AA.
