Objective 1) To study the different Cynomorium extracts on D- galactose induced aging mice learning and memory abilities and their correlation with the antioxidant; 2) Observe different Cynomorium extracts on scopolamine-induced learning and memory in aging mice affect the relationship with the cholinesterase capabilities.Methods 1) Through a water maze test, study Cynomorium extracts on aging mice learning and memory abilities of the protective effect; 2) Observed by HE staining and Nissl staining,different Cynomorium extracts influence on model mice hippocampus CA1 area neurons; 3) Determination of serum levels of SOD, the content of GSH-Px activity and MDA observed Cynomorium different extracts scavenging free radicals and the protective effect on the body lipid oxidative damage; 4)Determination of each group of mice brain TCh E vitality observe different Cynomorium extracts affect the cholinesterase level in aging mice induced by scopolamine.Results 1) Water maze test results: Swimming mice in each group average speed no difference(P> 0.1); hidden platform test, the reverse experiment and space exploration results:Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract(mid dose) can significantly improve D- galactose and scopolamine-induced learning and memory in aging mice and memory retention(P <0.05);Cynomorium water extract, ethanol extract Cynomorium Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract(high, low dose) is also learning model mice, memory and memory retention trends, but no statistical significance; visualization platform results: the mice will not affect the sensory and visual experiments; 2) HE staining results: Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract can improve Dgalactose in mouse hippocampal CA1 neurons: cells arranged more orderly, stained uniform,larger cells and rounded; 3) Nissl staining: Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract can improve irregular state model mouse hippocampal CA1 neurons, most of the cells were round or oval,or only a small part of the triangular polygon, and the number of neurons increased significantly(P <0.05); 4) biochemical test results: MDA results: Cynomorium ethanol extract(mid dose) and Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract(in high doses) can significantly reduce the content of MDA(P <0.05); SOD results:Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract(in high doses) can significantly increase D- galactose induced aging mice SOD activity(P <0.05);GSH-Px result: Cynomorium ethanol extract(mid dose), acetic acid Cynomorium ethyl extract(in high doses) can significantly increase the vitality of GSH-Px(P <0.05);5)Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract(in high doses) reduced ability scopolamine-induced base body TCh E vitality aged mice significantly(P <0.01).Conclusion 1) Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract significantly improved D- galactose and scopolamine-induced aging mice learning and memory, and memory retention; 2)Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract significantly increased aging mice remove free ability groups, and it can reduce the extent of brain tissue damage of lipid peroxidation, which may be one reason for improved mouse model of learning and memory; 3) Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract can reduce the scopolamine-induced brain aging model mice organization TCh E vitality, improve central cholinergic nerve function; 4) Cynomorium ethyl acetate extract(mid dose) can significantly reduce the free radicals in mice hippocampal CA1 neuron damage.
