| Objective: To investigate the relationship between the plasma BNP,ET,THs level and LVDD in different grading of hypertension.Methods: Study object came from the essential hypertension patients in the cardiovascular internal medicine of The Qinghai university affiliated hospital from May 2014-Nov 2015,113 patients were chosen in the study. All the essential hypertension patients need to complete cardiac ultrasound examination by professional doctor. Examined the velocity of mural annulus during early diastole and atrial contraction and E/A ratio. according to the level of blood pressure, were divided into grade 2 hypertension with LVDD group(56), grade 3 hypertension with LVDD(57).compared general data of patients: gender, smoking or not Smoking, age, weight, body mass index,And the test of routine blood indexes which can reflect the function of liver and kidney. BNP, ET, THs were measured in all subjects by corresponding departments.Results:1. The comparison of the general factors in two groups: there was no significant difference on the age, gender, smoking or not Smoking,age, weight, body mass index, uric acid, glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol,Low density lipoprotein, glutamic-pyruvic transaminases, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, Creatinine clearance rate. 2.The comparison of Plasma BNP in two groups: The concentration of BNP in grade 3 hypertension with LVDD group(70.85±11.34pg/ml) was higher than grade 2 hypertension with LVDD group(64.97±14.80pg/ml), the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). 3. The comparison of Plasma ET in two groups: The concentration of ET in grade 3 hypertension with LVDD group(72.54±11.88pg/ml) was higher than grade 2 hypertension with LVDD group(67.49±13.11pg/ml), the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4, The comparison of Plasma TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH in two groups: The concentration of TT3(0.98±0.14 ng/ml)、TT4(6.55±1.15?g/ml) 、 FT3(2.76±0.57 pg/ml) 、 FT4(1.06±0.17ng/ml)in grade 3 hypertension with LVDD group was lower than grade 2 hypertension with LVDD group TT3(1.04±0.17 ng/ml) 、 TT4(7.00±0.96?g/ml) 、 FT3(2.96±0.45 pg/ml) 、FT4(1.13±0.19 ng/ml).the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: The left ventricular diastolic function of grade 3 hypertension with LVDD group was worse than grade 2 hypertension with LVDD group. |
