In this paper, designed a circulating tumor cell capture and identification device. The device is used to find circulating tumor cells in the peripheral blood of patients. The results of cancer patients' can evaluate the treatment effect, and dynamic detection of tumor cells and achieve real-time individualized treatment.In recent years, because of the related technology for cancer diagnosis and treatment is not perfect resulting in cancer mortality always been high. So far, the early detection and prognosis of detection and tracking is an important means of prevention and treatment of cancer. Detection of circulating tumor cells as a popular art liquid biopsy, is the most promising non-invasive detection technology and detection of circulating tumor cells already has prognostic and medication tracking significance of clinical. But circulating tumor cell detection techniques encountered three bottlenecks: First, the low sensitivity, looking for a tumor cells in the peripheral blood is very difficult like a needle in a haystack, a patient's10mL blood only have 1-10 tumor cells, the second is the lack of automation, with the increase of the detection, automated high-throughput testing equipment has become urgent needs in clinical testing, the third is whether the screening out of circulating tumor cells can achieve molecular detection, or single-cell genetic test. Therefore, the development of a circulating tumor cell capture and identification device can not only reduce the burden on the doctor's cumbersome laboratory experiments, but also improve the accuracy of detection. In this article, the peripheral blood of patients is research subjects, use the microchip technology,tumor cells stained technology and automation technology to carry out research work on the detection and analysis of cancer patients.The research paper is divided into three parts:(1) Microfluidic chip design and processing, including the flow rate measuring chip, chip and reagent distribution of tumor cells detection chip.(2) Hardware design with the board of STM32-F107 and simple mechanical structure-based design.(3)Control software of the system contains underlying driver software development and PC LabView control software design.
