The positive rate was larger than 95%.(2) IPI-504 could dramatically inhibit the abilities of proliferation, migration, invasion, colony formation in SGC-7901 and NCI-N87 and their CD44+ stem-cell-like gastric cancer cells significantly raise the apoptosis.(3) IPI-504 can significantly inhibited the HSP90 expression of SGC-7901?NCI-N87 and CD44+ stem-cell-like cells. Furthemore, IPI-504 can obviously inhibited the m RNA and protein expression of EGFR and HER-2 of SGC-7901?NCI-N87 and CD44+ stem-cell-like cells.Conclusions HSP90 inhibitor IPI-504 can supress cells function and promote cells apoptosis.
