This paper selected two soil fungi Myrothecium sp. KX136897 and Acremonium terricola for the study, the chemical components of the secondary metabolites of the fermentation liquid were isolated and identified. Twenty compounds were isolated and purified from Myrothecium sp. KX136897 and Acremonium terricola by using all sorts of chromatographic methods(normal phase silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, reversed phase silica gel colum chromatography, octadecylsilyl, HPLC and the like). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis(1D and 2D NMR, MS) and the relevant literature date. The two strains were isolated from the soil of the Yungang Forest Park in Beijing. Ten compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts of Myrothecium sp. KX136897. The strctures were identified as 9-octadecenoic acid(M-01), verrucarins A(M-02), roridin D(M-03), verrucarin J(M-04), roridin A(M-05), verrucarin B(M-06), 5,7-dihydroxy-4,6-dimethyl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranone(M-07), 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-4,6-dimethylphthalide(M-08), deoxycyclopaldic acid(M-09), 7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-4,6-dimethyl-7-O-?-L-rhamnosylphthalide(M-10). Wherein the compounds M-02, M-03 and M-05 have antitumor activity and the activity were better than the control group cisplatin, and similar to paclitaxel. M-05 has moderate antibacterial activity and M-03 has a weak antibacterial activity.Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of Acremonium terricola. The compounds were: tyrosol(AT-01), spongouridine(AT-02), D-galacitol(AT-03), p-tolyl-3-aminopropanoate(AT-04), 3-hydroxy-5-methyl-5,6-dihydro-7H-cyclopenta[b]pyridine-7-one(AT-05), cyclo-(trans-4-hydroxy-L-Pro-L-Leu)(AT-06), uracil(AT-07), cyclo-(D-PheGly)(AT-08), cyclo-(L-Ala-L-Phe)(AT-09), tyrosyl acetate(AT-10). The compounds AT-01 ? AT-02 ? AT-04 ? AT-05 ? AT-06 ? AT-08 ? AT-09 ? AT-10 were isolated from Acremonium terricola for the first time. The activity of some compounds were tested, and AT-04 has a weak antibacterial activity. Compounds with antitumor and antibacterial activity were isolated from the secondary metabolites of the two fungi. This provides a research basis for the isolation of compounds with biological activity and novel structure.
