Objective: 1. We use CT for multi-planar reconstruction and measuring the 7-12year-old children "Luschka joint" related structure, to explore the trend and regularity of its cervical vertebral joints hook structure associated with age, intended for children-related cervical disease research and provide anatomical basis. 2. The application of finite element analysis to establish the child "Luschka joint" three-dimensional finite element model, in its different conditions and load mechanics to analyze the stress situation under different conditions.Materials and Methods: Experimental material from the Affiliated Hospital's CT room of Inner Mongolia Medical and Inner Mongolia international Mongolian Hospital Department of Radiology, which Children's age of 7-12 has been MSCT scanning for cervical vertebral, complete a total of 92 cases, the original DICOM format data row by Mimics software MPR, most adjustment excellent contrast underwent uncovertebral joint measurement and analysis of each index, include1.Uncinate pitch, uncinate high, uncinate- transverse hole spacing, uncinate base width, length, hook projection angle, line transverse aperture(diameter, radius vector, transverse hole spacing), intervertebral space diameters, high vertebrae, vertebral diameter, radius vector, foramen diameter line(height, width); and to analyze the correlation between the various indicators; 2. Select 8-year-old boy CT data import MIMICS software line three-dimensional reconstruction, after the use of 3-matic8.0line fairing, and then by the finite element pre-processing software Hypermesh10.0line meshing, create a virtual simulation model in its flexion, extension, flexion left and right flexor, L, D and other conditions downstream mechanical load analysis. Results: 1. uncinate pitch uncinate high, uncinate- transverse hole spacing, uncinate base width, length, hook projection angle, line transverse aperture(diameter, radius vector, transverse hole spacing), vertebral height( before, during and after), vertebral diameter(upper, middle and lower), sagittal diameter of the vertebral body(upper, middle and lower), intervertebral foramen diameters(height, width), aboce the overall index with vertebral sequence increases,(between the age of the overall change in the group C> group A, group C> group B, but there was no significant difference between groups A and B; intervertebral space(former high-high) increased with age, the intervertebral space after high decrease with age. 2. There is a correlation relationship between Children's age of 7-12 foramen height and width and "Luschka joint" hook projecting base length, hook horizontal spacing, hook projecting angle. There is a correlation relationship between transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of 7-12year-old children and transverse holes respectively "Luschka joint" sudden high hook, hook protruding substrate length(width). 3. Finite element analysis results are displayed when the mechanical loading of flexion / extension, lateral bending, the forces of the loading is symmetrical; when the mechanical loading of left or right, the largest part of that force in C4.Conclusion: 1. Children's age of 7-12 "Luschka joint" diameter wire measurement has been significantly increasing age variation. 2. Children's age of 7-12 vertebral diameters wire measurement has been significantly increasing age variation. 3. There is a correlation relationship between Children's age of 7-12 foramen height and width and "Luschka joint" hook projecting base length, hook horizontal spacing, hook projecting angle. 4. There is a correlation relationship between transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of 7-12 year-old children and transverse holes respectively "Luschka joint" sudden high hook, hook protruding substrate length(width). 5. The finite element analysis showed that the key parts of the force of 8-year-old child is C4.
