Objective:The development of medical imaging technology improve the clinical worker about pulmonary ground glass nodules understanding. Pulmonary ground glass nodules are not a disease specific sign. So the pulmonary ground glass nodules early detection and early treatment of clinical correct and appropriate treatment and prognosis of the patients provide important reference information and help.Method:Retrospective analysis of energy spectrum CT plain scan and enhanced scan of 51 cases of GGN cases, by Gemstone spectral imaging browser(GSI) viewer software are of plain and enhanced CT scanning after 40keV-140 keV different keV value and energy spectrum curve slope(40keV-80keV), water-based imaging, iodine-based images of comprehensive analysis.Result:Through comparing three groups of ground glass nodular plain and enhanced CT value,we found malignant and tuberculous nodules in 40-140 KeV corresponding CT values were higher than those of Benign non tuberculous nodule. Enhanced malignant and tuberculous group grinding glass nodular iodine content higher than that inBenign non tuberculous nodule, and through observation, comparison, it is found that three groups of disease foci CT value in the 40KeV-80 keV segment changes the largest and then know: malignant and tuberculous ground glass nodule in the plain scan and enhanced energy spectrum curve slope were higher than those in benign group, threegroups of nodule water content and standard iodine content are different and does not have statistical significance. Conclusion:By comparing the CT value, iodine content and energy spectrum slope analysis of the three groups of ground glass nodules, CT value, iodine content and energy spectrum curve slope analysis can provide important information for the qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary ground glass nodules.
