Objective:hypertension diastolic dysfunction syndrome factors and echocardiographic data of patients with statistics to arrive at its prime distribution of TCM and explore the different elements and echocardiography Syndrome E/E by spearman correlation analysis'relevance, thus TCM for hypertension diastolic dysfunction provide objective reference.Methods:Study of 120 cases in March 2015 to December 2015 during the treatment of hypertension in the heart of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine met the inclusion criteria of diastolic dysfunction. The method of science syndrome factor differentiation based on the location of TCM Syndrome Elements 120 patients, the disease of syndrome elements, inductive statistics derived from its distribution characteristics. Collected 120 cases of hypertensive diastolic dysfunction in patients with echocardiographic indicators of E/E', and use spearman analysis results of TCM syndrome elements and E/E' relevance. All data were analyzed using statistical software spss19.0.Results:1.120 cases of hypertension diastolic dysfunction in patients with TCM-bit syndrome elements, the highest frequency of renal (42.5%), followed by heart (33.3%), followed by liver (30.8%), followed by the spleen (17.5%), and finally lung (13.3%).2.diastolic dysfunction syndrome elements of disease location distribution of different ages hypertension:49 cases of the disease in patients 40-59 years of age bit syndrome elements, the highest frequency of liver (36.7%), followed by kidney (23.6%), followed by the heart (24.5%), followed by the spleen (20.4%), and finally lung (6.1%).71 cases of the disease in patients 60-80 years of age bit syndrome elements, the highest frequency of renal (49.2%), followed by heart (39.4%), followed by liver (26.8%), followed by lung (18.3%), and finally spleen (15.5%).3.120 cases of hypertension diastolic dysfunction syndrome elements of disease patients, the highest frequency of sputum (37.5%,20.3%), followed by qi deficiency(28.3?,15.3?),followed by blood stasis(27.5? 14.9?)and deficiency(27.5?,14.9?),followed by fire(23.3?,12.6?) followed by Yang Kang(22.5?,12.2?)followed by Yang(8.3?,4.5?) followed by stagnation of qi(6.7?,3.6?)and finally the deficiency(3.3?, 1.8?).4.different ages hypertension diastolic dysfunction syndrome elements of disease distribution:49 cases of TCM syndrome elements 40?59 year-old patient,the highest frequency of fire(42.9?,25.3?),followed by sputum(40.8?,24.1?),followed by Yin(22.4?,13.3?)followed by Yang Kang(20.4?,12.0?),followed by blood stasis(18.4?,10.8?)followed by qi deficiency(10.2?6.0?)and air stagnation(10.2?,6.0?)followed by anemia(2.0?,1.2?)and Yang(2.0?,1.2??).71 cases of the disease syndrome factor 60-80 year old patients,the highest frequency of qi deficiency(40.8?,20.9?),followed by sputum(35.2?,l 8.0?),followed by blood stasis(33.8?,17.3?)followed by for the deficiency(31.0?,15.8?), followed by Yang Kang(23.9?,12.2?)followed by Yang(12.7?,6.5?), followed by nre(9.9?,5.0?)followed by anemia(4.2?,2.2?)and air stagnation(4.2?,2.2??).5.120 cases of patients,53.3?2 certificare prime phase and the number of the total number,followed by the document element group and 32.5? of the total number of certified prime phase and the number 3 and 4 and the phase syndrome factors accounted for the total number of 10.8?and 3.3?.6.The combination of syndrome element distribution in different age groups:49 cases of patients 40-59 years of age,the number of the total humber of documents voxel group 40.8?,2-phase syndrome elements and group 51?of the total number,the total number of group 3 syndrome elements 6.1?,4 syndrome element group 2 per cent.Multiple Certificate summed voxel group 59.2?of the total.71 cases of patients 60-80 years of age,the number of pixel group 2 up to 54.9? of the total number,the document prime phase and the total number of group 26.8%14.1%3 Certificate pixel group of the total number, card number 4 pixel group of the total number 4.2%. Multiple Certificate prime group accounted for 73.2% of the total.7. Using spearman correlation analysis syndrome elements and E/ E'correlation showed that qi deficiency Su, Su Yang deficiency and E/E1 values were positively correlated (P<0.05). The rest of the disease syndrome factor and E/E 'no credible correlation.Conclusions:1. kidney, heart, liver disease is the main bit syndrome element in this study of 120 patients. Liver and kidney disease is the main bit of the 40-59 age group. Kidney, heart disease is the main bit of the 60-80 age group.2. phlegm are 120 cases of major disease syndrome factorpatie-nts. Wherein the 40-59 age group with phlegm, fire main.60-80 age group places the main qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, deficiency is an important part.3. With increasing age, hypertension, diastolic dysfunction incr-eased proportion of multi syndrome elements, the condition is more complica-ted.4.120 cases of qi deficiency in patients with hormone, Yang sy-ndrome elements and E/E'values were positively correlated (P<0.05). The rest of the disease syndrome factor and E/E'no credible correlation.
