Clinical Observation The Effect Of Shengjiangsan Decoction For The Treatment Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Embolization Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Shengjiang decoction for the treatment of embolization syndrome for primary hepatocellular carcinoma,provide objective clinical basis with Chinese medicine on the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma,then,guide the clinical work,Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of cases of primary liver cancer patients were randomized according to the random number table.Randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients,30 cases in the control group.After embolization control group given conventional Western medicine treatment,including intravenous fluids,anti-inflammatory treatment.The treatment group were treated based on postoperative day 1 to day 7 after taking Shengjiangsan for 7 days.Both groups were treated for 7 days were observed fever,nausea,vomiting,liver pain,disease severity and duration of symptoms of constipation.Results: 1.Contrast the treatment group and the control group were fever,nausea,vomiting,liver pain,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)before symptoms of constipation embolization;comparing the treatment group and the control group of patients on day 1 to day 7 after embolization,fever,nausea,vomiting,liver pain,constipation symptoms to occur after the first six days after the first three days the degree of significant difference(P<0.05);2.Contrast the treatment group and the control group of patients with fever,nausea and vomiting,liver pain,duration of symptoms of constipation embolism in 7 days after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Shengjiangsan can effectively reduce the extent of the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma after embolization syndrome;2.Shengjiangsan can shorten the duration of hepatocellular carcinoma after embolization syndrome;...
