The Clinical Curative Effect Of Post-Stroke Wernicke Aphasia Treated By Cluster Needing At Scalp Acupoints

Objective:To observe the speech function effect and safety of the three speech area cluster needing at acupoints therapy on treatment of post-stroke wernicke aphasia's patients,and compared with the routine acupuncture group,Through the comparison of the speech function of patients before and after treatment, to explore the effective treatment of wernicke aphasia after stroke.Methods:The study involved 52 cases of post-stroke wernicke aphasia's patients, who were randomly divided into treatment group(the three speech area cluster needling) and control group(routine acupuncture) according to the proportion of 1:1, there were 26 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with the same routine drug therapy and speech rehabilitation training.Two groups were treated one time a day,6 days for a period of treatment, day of rest between two courses,a total of four courses of treatment.All of the study subjects were evaluated before and after treatment by Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC).Statistic the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:The function score of the treatment group after the treatment was obvious higher than that before treatment in the talk, comprehension, repetition, naming.The treatment in the group of before and after had the significance difference(.P<0.05),The function score of the control group after the treatment was obvious higher than that before treatment in the talk, comprehension, repetition, naming.The treatment in the group of before and after had the significance difference(P< 0.05).The function score of the treatment group after the treatment was obvious higher than that control group in the talk,comprehension, repetition, naming.There was a remarkable difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05). In the treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,4 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.92%. In the control group,3 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,4 cases were improved,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 57.69%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The three speech area cluster needing at acupoints therapy and routine acupuncture can improve speech function of patients with wernicke aphasia after stroke.2.The therapeutic effect of three speech area cluster needing is better than conventional acupuncture group.
