| Objective: Through the use of the Yishen Jianbu decoction combined with non weight-bearing exercise for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,the internationally recognized WOMAC knee score system and knee circumference in response to changes in the degree of swelling as the clinical observation indexes,and the control group(the simple use of the Etoricoxib Tablets)compared.Statistical analysis is conducted on the the measured data,and changes were observed before and after treatment of each index before and after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy and efficacy between group differences,explore the improvement of knee osteoarthritis symptoms function in a better way.Methods: Randomly selected patients with knee osteoarthritis in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient 60 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group with non weight-bearing exercise and simple oral Etoricoxib Tablets and control group,30 cases in each group.The WOMAC knee score system and knee circumference changes after 3 months of marriage.Comparison of treatment results of two groups.Results: After 3 months of treatment,comparing the overall effects of the two group,the total efficiency of the treatment group,the total efficiency of the control group;the two group by SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis,chi square test,X2 value,P value,indicating that the treatment group and the control group with significant difference,therefore,the Yishen Jianbu decoction was significantly higher than the control group with non weight-bearing exercise the comprehensive effect of the treatment group.Conclusion: Yishen Jianbu decoction combined with non weight-bearing exercise can significantly improve knee osteoarthritis pain,swelling,stiffness,is an effective method to improve the knee function activities,is an effective method for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. |
