Backgroung:TCM is the medical science which gradually formed and constantly enriched and developed through thousands of years of production and life practice and fighting against diseases by the people of all nationalities in our country.It is the treasure of Chinese nation's cultural heritage.Reviewing the century history,development of TCM has experienced vicissitude.After foundation of New China,under the attention of party and country,all leaders inherit the ideological of “one continues line” and devote to the development of revitalization of Chinese medicine enterprise.From Chairman Mao's famous instruction that “TCM is a great treasure house,we should make great effort to excavate and improve it” to General Secretary Xi's important address that “Excavate deeply the essence of treasure-house of TCM” and “Feasibly inheriting,developing and making good use of TCM,a precious wealth our ancestors remained” under new situation.The inheritance,development and innovation of TCM culture become grand continuously.Especially after the state administration of TCM established the construction project of famous veteran teran experts of TCM studio,inheriting prominent TCM doctors' academic experience becomes the key measure to develop and innovate TCM cause,and has profound influence on further perfection of TCM theories and development of life sciences.My teacher,professor Ma Yunzhi is a doctoral supervisor,the first nameable doctor of TCM in Henan Province,the fifth batch experience inheritance instructor of prominent TCM doctors,the national famous veteran teran doctor of TCM.She has engaged in clinic,scientific research and teaching work of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for nearly forty years.Her diligence of seeking old adage and learning widely from other's strong points.She has studied under the national encephalopathy expert Wang Yongyan and famous pathologist Huang Qifu,laid rich theoretical and clinical basis.Teacher Ma is expert in using methods integrated Chinese and western medicine to prevent stroke,dementia,Parkinson's disease and other difficult and complicated cases,especially make certain achievement in the theoretical and clinical research of ischemic stroke.In the long-term clinical work,she has accumulated rich experience and formed a complete set of academic thoughts for treating ischemic stroke.Professor Ma Yunzhi thinks that the occurrence of this disease is based on the imbalance of Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang,while Qi deficiency is the the main factor.Wind,fire,phlegm,stasis and poison influence each other.The pathological change that stasis blocks brain collateral runs through the whole process of disease.Need to distinguish pressing or otherwise and treat both manifestation and root cause of disease.According to the pathogenesis“deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality”,she developed Tongmaishuluo capsule which has the efficacy in supplementing Qi and activating Blood,and has significant curative effect.Objective:The paper is based on the theory of TCM and clinical curative effect,through systematically collecting and regulating typical medical records about ischemic stroke,summarizes the treatment experience and forms academic viewpoint.Highlight the advantages of TCM in the treatment of ischemic stroke,inherit and carry forward academic ideas of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM,promote the development of TCM health care.Methods : Consult a lot of ischemic stroke work written by ancient and modern physicians,refer to related literatures collected by the domestic and foreign databases such as wanfang,CNKI,Pub Med,etc.Systematically understand the research progress of ischemic stroke.On the basis of interative learning essays and works,academic lecture notes and projects from professor Ma Yunzhi.By following my teacher to make ward rounds,record her viewpoints and effective cases in real time,fully grasp the original material,collect and summarize professor Ma Yunzhi's clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of ischemic stroke.Results:The full text mainly include three parts“academic vision and clinical experience”,“differentiation and treatment characteristics”and“clinical cases”.It minutely discusses professor Ma Yunzhi's understanding for etiology and pathogenesis,disease location,pathological changes and therapeutic features of ischemic stroke,and systematically summarizes tuto's academic experience in treating ischemic stroke.Conclusions:Professor Ma Yunzhi has rigorous scholarship and rich clinical experience,after practicing and studying for many years,the accomplishments of theory,therapy,recipe and drugs of ischemic stroke are quite deep.The academic experience is a valuable asset for the later scholars and has important clinical reference value for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke in TCM.
