Clinical Analysis Of 501 Cases With Psoriasis Vulgaris In Henan Area

Objective: Using epidemiological investigation method,combining with the theory of TCM diagnosis and treatment,the characteristics of the onset of with psoriasis vulgaris and explore the syndrome distribution characteristics and laws,provide the basis for clinical dialectical and prevention,diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Through the literature and consulting experts,design,clinical questionnaire and investigation,will collect the information database is established.Then use SPSS19.0 statistical software for general descriptive statistics,chi-square analysis methods to analyze clinical features of traditional Chinese medicine with psoriasis vulgaris.Results:(1)Collect cases 501 cases,269 cases(54%)of men women,232 cases(46%).Sex ratio of 1.17:1.Main onset age concentrated in the 21-40 years old;(2)The major factors influencing factors of induced with psoriasis vulgaris for cold,cold,alcohol and tobacco,trauma,diet,gestation period,etc;Contributing factors of cold,tension,infection,alcohol,tobacco,and diet,stay up late,pregnancy,menstruation;Illness aggravating mainly in winter and spring seasons;(3)Skin meridian distribution of Yang,314 cases of Yin,152 cases of Yin meridians Yang meridians have 13 cases,22 cases of skin meridian distribution is not obvious.(4)Card type distribution with psoriasis vulgaris Yang deficiency cold outside the 127 cases,90 cases of liver by wind-cold,cold pack fire 89 cases,68 cases of blood and blood stasis,wind hot accumulate poison into the bloodstream 51 cases,hot and humid embodiment of 17 cases of fire,blood deficiency wind dry 16 cases,10 cases of heat into the blood,blood deficiency and blood stasis in 11 cases,1 case of blood and blood stasis,other type 21 cases.(5)Card type general data,the relationship between influencing factors with the patient Liver meridian muggy syndrome,heating in fact,the hot and humid intrinsic fire syndrome,cold pack fire men than women,and blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome,Yang deficiency cold syndrome,blood deficiency,blood stasis is given priority to with female patients;Wind hot accumulate poison into the fact that many in 0~ 20 years old,liver,heating the muggy syndrome in fact,the hot and humid embodiment outside the fire certificate,cold pack fire certificate,Yang deficiency cold syndrome distribution in 21~40 years old;Wind hot accumulate poison into the fact,liver muggy syndrome,heating into fact,hot and humid intrinsic fire certificate,cold pack fire certificate,Yang deficiency cold syndrome,blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of lesion distribution mainly in Yang meridians,blood deficiency wind dry permit her lesions are mainly distributed in Yin meridians;Incidence season with the card type has no statistical significance,but the increase of seasonal factors,wind heat accumulate poison into the fact that,cold pack fire certificate,Yang deficiency cold syndrome,liver meridian muggy syndrome in spring and winter is aggravating;Contributing factors of infection for the wind hot accumulate poison into the fact that the main factors,the liver via the main contributing factors to mental tension muggy syndrome,cold pack fire certificate,Yang deficiency cold syndrome of the main contributing factors for the cold.Conclusions:(1)The research of syndrome distribution in turn with psoriasis vulgaris for Yang deficiency cold syndrome,liver with muggy syndrome,cold pack fire,blood and blood stasis syndrome,wind hot accumulate poison into the fact that,hot and humid intrinsic fire certificate,blood deficiency wind dry permit,heating into fact,blood deficiency,blood stasis,blood and blood stasis.(2)Gender,age,family history,aggravating season,mitigating factors to the influence of the syndrome distribution with psoriasis vulgaris have statistical significance.
