Lumbar Disc Herniation Specific Technical Operation Practices Specification For Clinical Research

Objective: To observed of the short lever techniques clinical efficacy of treatment of lumbar disc herniation,though specific technical operations clinical investigation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,to regulate the manual therapy of lumbar disc herniation.Compare advantages of specific techniques with non-specific.To provide a reference the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.And the promotion and provide the basis.Methods: Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into non-specific and specific long lever manipulation group short lever manipulation group,30 cases in each.For both groups of patients with acute a 20% mannitol(250m L)+ dexamethasone(10mg),intravenous infusion,1 times / d,treatment 5 ~ 7d after stopping the treatment,such as pain during infusion therapy patients can not tolerate oral(Fenbid capsules)to relieve pain in patients,routine monitoring of electrolytes and prevent hypokalemia crisis.Be patient through the acute phase,after pain relief using specific techniques of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.For both groups of patients in chronic phase,the direct use of Chinese medicine for treatment of specific techniques.Two groups of patients treatment three times a week,were treated for 4 weeks.Using pain visual analogue scale(visual analogue scale,VAS)score and ODI scale scores before and after the two groups of patients tested pain relief and patient self quantify dysfunction efficacy evaluations,Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc specific manipulation the clinical efficacy of disease.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,specifically long lever manipulation group of 30 patients,1 case of termination,shedding one case,a pass rate of 95.55%.The termination of specific short lever manipulation group 1 patients,shedding two cases,a pass rate of 93.33%.Long lever manipulation group and the short lever manipulation before treatment VAS score 3.50±0.73 and 3.57±0.63,improved to 1.40±0.56 and 0.97±0.61 after treatment,pain improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the short lever manipulation group of patients after treatment VAS scores were lower long lever manipulation,pain relief in patients with obvious difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients before and after treatment ODI score by a 30.53±3.95 and 30.63±4.81 before treatment and reduced 18.90±3.56 to 14.67±2.84 after treatment,after statistical analysis of the differences before and after treatment in two groups and two groups of patients have poor statistics significance(P<0.05).adverse reaction and events was not covered in 55 cases of clinical trials subject during the treatment.Conclusion: 1,this experiment with a long lever short lever manipulation techniques and treatment of lumbar disc herniation have a certain effect,the patient's pain,joint function and so the situation has been improved to varying degrees.2,short lever techniques with respect to the long lever techniques,more targeted,and better clinical efficacy,patient pain improved significantly,a good recovery of joint function,enhance the quality of life,and is a simple,convenient and economical advantages,suitable for clinical practice.3,the test study for lumbar disc herniation TCM research specific standardized operation practices and to provide information support for the teaching of Chinese medicine,research laid the premise for the promotion of application of this technology in primary hospital.
