Objective: By adopting qiangjikangfutang clinical curative effect of treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)Kidney deficiency type governor,analysis its inflammation index,ESR,CRP,pillow wall distance,refers to the influence of the distance,qiangjikangfutang preliminary explore the therapeutic effect of qiangjikangfutang to Kidney deficiency type governor ankylosing spondylitis and the possible mechanism.Methods: Collected from kaifeng huaihe regions outpatient hospital met Kidney deficiency type governor,50 patients,according to the random Numbers grouped table is divided into treatment group(25 cases and control group in 25 cases.Control group sulfasalazine(SASP)(pain score(VAS score)> 4 points,give Aceclofenac)treatment,on the basis of the control group and treatment group effect qiangjikangfutang treatment,observation period are A march,through the evaluation standard of between Chinese and western medicine,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of AS Kidney deficiency type governor by qiangjikangfutang.Results:1.The experimental group 28 cases,unable to insist on three months observation cycle,fall off in 3 patients,so the effective observation group 25 cases,25 cases.In the placebo group.2.Efficacy syndromes was 2.The experimental group and control group total effective rate 92%,84%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.3.The experimental group and control group in reaching ASAS20 standards of 17 cases,23 cases respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),namely ASAS20 as curative effect standard,the therapeutic effect of two groups of experimental group was significantly superior to the control group.4.Experimental group and control group after treatment refers to the distance,the ESR and CRP value was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),pillow wall from no improvement before the treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Comparison between groups,refers to the distance,the ESR and CRP difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)there was no statistically significant difference from the pillow wall(P < 0.05).5.Patients before and after the treatment,pain score,BASDAI and BASFI index comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the clinical symptoms between the two groups after treatment than before treatment improved.Comparison between groups,patients' pain score,BASDAI and BASFI index difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the clinical symptoms of improved degree of test group than control group obviously.Conclusion: Qiangjikangfutang joint SASP and simple application of AS Kidney deficiency type governor SASP has obvious curative effect,in the aspect of improving AS disease activity in patients with obvious effect,but the two kinds of treatment compared to qiangjikangfutang combined SASP in improving syndromes curative effect,reduce the inflammation index(ESR and CRP)due to the simple use SASP;Can prompt jiangjikangfutang anti-inflammatory analgesic,slow down disease progression.
