Objective:To compare WavefleX posterior Semi-Rigid system and the traditional screw rod fixation fusion technology clinical curative effects of Lumbar Disc Herniation protrusion.Methods:This experiment will conform to the diagnostic standard of 55 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse according to random number table method is divided into observation group and control group. Including application WavefleX posterior Semi-Rigid system of 17 cases of patients, based on the traditional screw rod fixation fusion technology in the treatment of 38 cases of patients, but because of the clinical data of observation records to causes such as incomplete and lost to follow-up cases off 8 cases(14.55% loss rate).47 patients eventually completed research, of which the application WavefleX patients treated spinal semirigid fixation system(observation group), 14 cases, application of traditional screw rod fixation fusion technology to treat patients with 33 cases(control group). Control group using traditional screw rod fixation fusion technology treatment, observation group application WavefleX posterior Semi-Rigid systems treatment.Observed before and after treatment in patients with ODI, VAS score,lumbar integral of motion(ROM),lumbar lordosis Angle of whole(LL) and dynamic fixed segmental lumbar segmental lordosis Angle(alpha),etc.Results:1. The observation group than the control group can obviously reduce the bleeding(p < 0.01), but the two groups of patients compared with controls operation time has no obvious statistical significance difference(p > 0.05);2. The observation group and control group in patients with preoperative VAS score, there was no statistical significance in the last follow-up VAS score(p > 0.05), two groups of preoperative VAS score compared with postoperative VAS score the last follow-up have significant statistical significance(p < 0.01);3. The observation group and control group at the end of the preoperative ODI score, postoperative follow-up ODI score, improve amplitude comparison differences had no statistical significance(p > 0.05), two groups of preoperative ODI score difference compared with the last follow-up ODI score after significant statistical significance(p < 0.01);4. The imaging effect, observation group of patients with lumbar integral of motion(ROM), fixed lumbar segmental mobility(ROM1 ?) decrease rate is less than the control group patients decrease rate, and reduce the amplitude comparison difference has the obvious statistical significance(p < 0.01).Conclusion:1. WavefleX posterior Semi-Rigid system treatment can obviously relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc prolapse degree, improve the clinical symptoms;2. WavefleX posterior Semi-Rigid system treatment can effectively control the surgery patients with lumbar disc prolapse segment of voluntary movement;3. With the traditional screw rod fixation fusion technology treatment,WavefleX treatment can keep some lumbar spinal semirigid fixation system overall activity and surgery fixed segmental lumbar spinal motion and impact on the adjacent segment is not big, may slow down the risk of adjacent segment degeneration.
