| Objective:1. Based on the preliminary study, we present the conception about the accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy, which can lay a theoretical foundation for its further study and treatment.2. Through questionnaire survey, we have conducted the common Accompanied Symptoms of hypertension, coronary disease, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure, which include heart disease accompanied with sweat, heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness, heart disease accompanied with arthralgia, heart disease accompanied with melancholia, and heart disease accompanied with insomniac. Then we study the distribution law and the fashion trends of the accompanied symptoms in these angiocardiopathies. In this way, the understanding of the Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy can be improved. Meanwhile, its importance in clinical treatment will be emphasiezed.3. Based on the statistical results of the common Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy, we choose the dominant type to analyze syndrome in hypertension,coronary disease, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure in order to provide the theoretical basis for the further Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:1. On the base of preliminary study, we have presented the concept about the accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy. Specifically, we define five common A-ccompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy including heart disease accompanied with sweat, heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness, heart disease acco mpanied with arthralgia, heart disease accompanied with melancholia, and heart dise ase accompanied with insomniac.2. A total of 320 patients(between the age of 45 and 85) with hypertension, coronary disease, atrial fibrillation or heart failure from the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated for the Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy during 2015.9-2015.11.Results:1. We have presented and perfected the conception about the accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy.2. Essential information: We have investigated 320 patients consisting of 151 men and169 women and acquired 455 questionnaires. The ages of these patents were between 45 and 85, and the average age was 65.93±11.04. In this study population, there were 251 patients with hypertension, 211 patients with coronary disease, 84 patients with atrial fibrillation, and 60 patients with heart failure.3. Based on the preliminary study, it is found that heart disease accompanied with sweat, heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness, heart disease accompanied with insomniac, heart disease accompanied with melancholia and heart disease accompanied with arthralgia are the most common Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy. Moreover, the analysis results demonstrate that the accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy are associated with the ages and sexes of the patents.Specifically, for the investigated patients with cardiovascular disease, the majority of heart disease accompanied with sweat is female and most of heart disease accompanied with arthralgia is male. The frequencies of the accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy increase with the disease course. The chi-square test and Fisher's exact test results indicate a significant difference(P<0.05).4. Through the Study about Accompanied Symptoms of hypertension, it is found that heart disease accompanied with sweat(44.22%) > heart disease accompanied withinsomniac(34.66%)>heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness(30.28%)>heart disease accompanied with melancholia(14.34%) > heart disease accompanied with arthralgia(4.78%), and the heart disease accompanied with sweat is the hypertensive dominant type. The accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy are also related to the ages and sexes. Fisher's exact test shows a significant difference(P < 0.05). The heart disease accompanied with sweat mainly belongs to qi-blood deficiency.5. Through the Study about Accompanied Symptoms of coronary disease, it is found that heart disease accompanied with insomniac(46.92%)>heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness(40.76%)>heart disease accompanied with sweat(40.28%)>heart disease accompanied with arthralgia(12.80%) > heart disease accompanied with melancholia(7.11%), and the heart disease accompanied with insomniac is the coronary disease dominant type. The accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy are also related to the ages and sexes. By analyzing the subgroup of coronary disease- after PCI, it is found that heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness(43.90%) > heart disease accompanied with insomniac(41.46%)>heart disease accompanied with sweat(34.15%).The chi-square test and Fisher's exact test demonstrate a significant difference(P<0.05).The heart disease accompanied with insomniac mainly belongs to deficiency of both heart and spleen.6. Through the Study about Accompanied Symptoms of Atrial fibrillation, it is found that heart disease accompanied with insomniac(51.19%)>heart disease accompanied with sweat(44.05%)>heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness(25.00%)>heart disease accompanied with arthralgia(14.29%) > heart disease accompanied with melancholia(8.33%), and the heart disease accompanied with insomniac is the Atrial fibrillation dominant type. The accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy are also related to the ages and sexes. Fisher's exact test demonstrates a significant difference(P<0.05). The heart disease accompanied with insomniac mainly belongs to deficiency of both heart and spleen.7. Through the Study about Accompanied Symptoms of Heart failure, it is found that heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness(40.00%) > heart diseaseaccompanied with insomniac(38.33%)>heart disease accompanied with sweat(35.00%)>heart disease accompanied with arthralgia(13.33%) > heart disease accompanied with melancholia(10.00%), and the heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness is the Heart failure dominant type. The accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy are also related to the ages and sexes. Fisher's exact test demonstrates a significant difference(P<0.05). the heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness mainly belongs to weakness of the spleen and stomach.Conclusions:Through the preliminary study, it is found that heart disease accompanied with sweat,heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness, heart disease accompanied with insomniac, heart disease accompanied with melancholia, heart disease accompanied with arthralgia are the most common Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy. This survey shows that(1)The frequencies of the accompanied symptoms of angiocardiopathy increase with the disease course.(2)the majority of heart disease accompanied with sweat is female and most of heart disease accompanied with arthralgia is male.(3)Hypertensive patients are mainly accompanied with sweat. Meanwhile the heart disease accompanied with sweat mainly belongs to qi-blood deficiency.(4)Patients with coronary disease are mainly accompanied with insomniac. Meanwhile the heart disease accompanied with insomniac mainly belongs to deficiency of both heart and spleen; the heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness is the most common accompanied symptoms after PCI.(5)Atrial fibrillation patients are mainly accompanied with insomniac. Meanwhile the heart disease accompanied with insomniac mainly belongs to deficiency of both heart and spleen.(6)Heart failure patients are mainly accompanied with distention and fullness.Meanwhile the heart disease accompanied with distention and fullness mainly belongs to weakness of the spleen and stomach. However, there are few researches about the Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy at present. More studies are badly in need to gradually perfect the theories of Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy and provide fundamental basis for the clinical treatment of Accompanied Symptoms of Angiocardiopathy. |
