Objective: This study animal studies by exploring the Araceae of BLM induced interstitial lung disease intervention mechanism in rats. And from pathology, oxidative stress, inflammatory cytokines and receptors angle observation. To analyze the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine Araceae interstitial lung disease in rats. Methods: Animals were divided into six groups: control group(Z group), model group(A), Arisaema low dose group(J group), Arisaema dose group(K group), Arisaema high dose group(L), pirfenidone group(Y group). After adaptive feeding one week using the intratracheal bleomycin drip method to establish rat model of interstitial lung disease, were given normal feeding and Central and Western medicines gavage, 28 d in the first killed, and by chemical assay in each group SOD in rat lung tissue, TGF-?1, PPAR?,TRPV1 expression levels of MDA, GSH content was measured by ELISA in lung tissue of rats in each group. Results: After drug treatment, the lung tissue of rats in the detection of indicators are improved compared with the model group. Wherein Araceae high-dose group, the therapeutic effect of pirfenidone group more obvious. Conclusion: Araceae of interstitial lung disease have a therapeutic effect in rats, and its mechanism may be associated with correct its oxidation- antioxidant imbalance, improve airway function in rats, reduce inflammation related to a certain extent, inhibit interstitial lung formation.
