Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hypertension During Hemodialysis By Wu Zhuyu Acupoint Sticking Therapy

Objective: To observe the effect of Wu Zhuyu acupoint application in the treatment of hypertension during dialysis, and to explore the mechanism of this method, and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of hypertension in the dialysis process.Methods: In this study, 40 patients with hypertension in hemodialysis were selected. After informed consent, the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given three times a week for hemodialysis, separate or combined use of antihypertensive drugs(class CCB, class ACEI/ARB, beta blockers, etc.) to control blood pressure, and other basic treatment of Western Medicine, the intervention group was based on Western medicine treatment and coupled with dialysis of the day given Wu zhuyu sticking Yongquan and Shenque point, until the end of the dialysis, treatment for 2 months.The changes were observed at each time point of the patients blood pressure during dialysis, and symptoms before and after treatment score.Results: The effect of the two groups of patients in the intervention group was better than the control group at the third time point to the fifth point, the blood pressure of the intervention group was significantly decreased(P < 0.05) at 1,2 time point, And the 3,4,5(P > 0.05) showed that blood pressure did not decline, but remained at a stable level;In the blood pressure treatment effect, the total effective rate was 80% in the intervention group and 50% in the control group, the intervention group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);In the TCM syndrome score and efficacy, the total effective rate of the intervention group was 60%, the control group was 90%, the intervention group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Wu Zhuyu acupoint application in the treatment of hypertension has a certain effect, and can improve the patient's symptoms, and the method is simple and effective, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion, but the specific mechanism of action and the specific operation method need to be further demonstrated and studied.
