Objective:To analyze the degree of patients bitten by cobra was correlated with the change of serum sPLA2 levels, and explore its relation to the disease severity and clinical significance, to provide basis of precise diagnosis of the seriousness of the condition to the hosts patients bitten by cobra.Methods:Collecting 52 of all patients'(from Jan 2015 to Nov 2015) informations that bitten by cabra patients bitten by viper which meet the Snake Bite and Toxicosis Unit were included in the study based on inclusion criteria, in Affiliated Nanhua Hospital, Universty of South China. According to clinical symptoms After the poisoning, which divide it into two groups mild group with severe and critical group(the critical group patients only 1, so classify it into the group). According to the degree of limb swelling divide it into two groups mild swelling group with moderate and heavy swelling group(heavy swelling group patients only 2, so classify it into the group), and 20 healthy volunteers(control group). To measuring the serum levels of sPLA2, while detecting the serum levels of WBC?CRP?A-D-D and LAC before treatment.We divide it into group A(visit time < 8 h) and group B(visit time ? 8 h) on the basis of the differences of time of diagnosis. The 52 patients bitten by cobra divide into non-elderly patients group(age < 60 y) and elder group(age ? 60 y).Results:1. Serum levels of sPLA2 were significant different in mild and severe compared with normal group separately. And between the severe with critical group and normal group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning. The blood concentration of LAC and WBC were significant different in mild and severe compared with normal group separately. And between the severe with critical group and normal group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning. The blood concentration of A-D-D were significant different in mild and severe compared with normal group separately. And between the severe with critical group and normal group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning.2. Serum levels of sPLA2 were significant different in mild and moderate with heavy swelling and normal group separately. And between the mild and moderate with heavy swelling and normal group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning. The blood concentration of LAC were significant different in mild and moderate with heavy swelling and normal group separately. And between the in mild and moderate with heavy swelling group and normal group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning. The blood concentration of A-D-D and WBC were significant different in mild and moderate with heavy swelling and normal group separately. Serum levels of s PLA2 were significant different in group A, group B and control group separately. And between the group A and group B compared with control group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning. The blood concentration of LAC A-D-D and WBC were significant different in group A, group B and control group separately. And between the group A and group B compared with control group were improved obviously, showing a statistical meaning. The blood concentration of CRP were significant different in group A, group B and normal group separately, showing a statistical meaning, there was positive correlation between them.4. The results showed that the 52 patients after bitten by croba in level of sPLA2 was positively correlated with the level of LAC, A-D-D, WBC and CRP(correlation coefficients:0.314,0.275,0.653 and-0.056 respectively).Conclusions:The results showed that all the patients after bitten by croba the more higher the concentration of sPLA2, the more serious the condition, swelling extent and necrotic degree were.
