Objective:To detect the association of the apoB rs1042034,rs2163204,rs5125-35,rs676210 and rs679899 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) and serum lipidslevels in the Yugur and Han the wrinkly and the elderly populationin of Sunan. Methods:The sampling methods of cross-sectional stratified random were used to select 700 samples, aged from40 to 70,in the wrinkly and the elderly of Sunan population, and a total of 227 subjects of Yugur,306 subjects of Han Chinese were included,265 was male,337 was female,DNA was extracted from venous blood with the method of phenol-chloroform, MALDI-TOF was used to analyze the apolipoproteinB gene polymorphism, and the serum lipids were determined and analyzed their relationships.Results:(1)Generalcondition and blood lipids index compared in two national hyperlipidemia groups were that serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were significantly higher in Yugur hyperlipidemia group than Han.But total triglyceride(TG) were significantly lower than Han (P< 0.05)(2)The characteristics of hyperlipidemia were given priority to with higher TG and lower HDL-C in two nationalities(68.6%,42.98%;56.4%,55.81%).Yugur hyperlipidaemia most types was elevated single TG (25.89%),but Han people were TG increased with HDL-C lower type (37.21%)(3)5 SNPsconformed to Hardy Weinbergequilibrium in two nationalities(all P> 0.05).(4)Frequencies of rs2163204 and rs512535 in apoB in Yugur and Han genotypes and alleles were significantly different(all P< 0.05),No significant difference for the other SNPs(all P>0.05)(5)Frequencies of rs 1042034 and rs676210 in apoB in Yugurs, genotypes and alleles were signifycantly different between hyperlipidaemia group and the control group(all P< 0.05), no significant difference for the other SNPs (all P> 0.05)(6) For apoB rs1042034,level of AG of AG+AA genotype was significantly higher than GG genotype and the risk of hyperlipidaemia of G allele was 0.624 timeslower than A allele, between hyperlipidaemia group and the control group in Yugurs (all P< 0.05).For apoB rs2163204,level of GT genotype was significantly higher than TT genotype and the risk of hyperlipidaemia of GT genotype was 2.223 times than TT genotype between hyperlipidaemia group and the control group in the Han people (all P< 0.05).For apoB rs676210, level of GA of GA+GG genotype was significantly higher than AAgenotype and the risk ofhyperlipidaemia of A allele was 0.599 times lower thanA allele, between hyperlipidaemia group and the control group in Yugurs (all P< 0.05).(7)Significant linkage hyperlipidaemia was observed betweenapoB rs2163204 and rs1042034,rs512535,rs676210,rs679899,rs1042034 and rs676210, rs512535 and rs679899 in the Sunan Yugur and Han population.(8)Compared with wild typehaplotype GTGAA, the risk of hyperlipidaemia with ATAGGin Han people wassignifycantly higher(OR=2.434,P< 0.05).(9)rs 1042034 G allele were significantly associated with the lower total cholesterol (TC) levels in the Yugurs and the lower triglyceride(TG) levels in the Han people, rs2163204 T allele were significantly associated with the higher HDL-C levels in the Yugurs and lower total cholesterol (TC) levels, lower LDL-C levels in the Han people .rs512535 G allele were significantly associated with the higher triglyceride(TG) levels in the Yugur and Han people, and lower total cholesterol(TC) levels, lower LDL-C levels in the Han people.rs676210 A allele were significantly associated with the lower triglyceride(TG) levels in the Yugur and Han people.rs679899 A allele were significantly associated with the higher HDL-C levels in the Yugurs and the lower triglyceride(TG) levels Han people(all P< 0.05).Conclusions:apoB rs10420345rs2163204,rs512535,rs676210 and rs679899 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) were significantly associated with hyperlipidaemia of Sunan Yugur and Han population.apoBrs1042034,rs676210maybeserve as the risk factors ofhyperlipidaemia in Yugurs, and apoB rs2163204 maybe serve as the risk factors ofhyperlipidaemia in Han population, Significant linkage hyperlipidaemia was observed betweenapoB rs2163204 and rs1042034,rs512535,rs676210, rs679899,rs 1042034 and rs676210,rs512535 and rs679899 in the Sunan Yugur and Han population;Carrying ATAGG haplotype were prone tohyperlipidaemia in the Sunan Han population;apoB rs 1042034 G allele gene,rs2163204 T allele gene, rs676210 A allele gene and rs679899 A allele gene reduced the risk of hyperlipemia in the Sunan Yugur and Han population.their may serve as the protective factors for Yugur and Han hyperlipidemia in Sunan. rs512535 G allele gene increased the risk of hyperlipemia in the Sunan Yugur population.but it maybe the protective factors for the Han population.
