Dictyophora indusiata is a kind of edible and medicinal fungi with high nutritional and medicinal values.It has been planted successfully and also has entered the market.Dictyophora indusiata has many medicinal values,such as antibacterial,antioxidant and hypolipidemic functions and so on.Therefore,efficacious ingredients of Dictyophora indusiata have been the focus of researchers.This paper studied on the Dictyphora indusiata fruiting body.Polysaccharide has been extracted from the fruit body and obtained the optimum of the crude polysaccharides extraction.Antioxidant function from crude polysaccharides has been researched by antioxidant experiment in vitro.The results are as follows:1.Water-soluble crude polysaccharides from Dictyophora indusiata fruiting body have been extracted by hot water and the total sugar content from Dictyophora indusiata has been gained with phenol-sulfuric acid method.The optimal extraction has been got by single factor experiment,including extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature,and response surface analysis.The optimal extraction conditions showed that the extraction time was 2.5h,solid to liquid ratio was 1:50,extraction temperature was 91?,and the yield of crude polysaccharides was 16.96%.2.Water-soluble crude polysaccharides from Dictyophora indusiata fruiting body have been extracted by enzymatic extraction method and the total sugar content from Dictyophora indusiata has been gained with phenol-sulfuric acid method.The optimal extraction has been got by single factor experiment,such as enzyme concentration,temperature,pH values,solid-liquid ratio and time,and the orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction conditions are as follow:temperature 50?,time 120min,pH values 4.5,solid-liquid ratio 1:30,enzymatic concentration 1.8%,and the yield of crude polysaccharides was 18.81%.3.Samples from upper crude polysaccharides and bottom polysaccharides were precipitated with ethanol and antioxidant experiment was further carried out in vitro,to study its antioxidant ability.The result indicated that reducing power of Vc is more evident than crude polysaccharides from Dictyophora indusiata fruiting body.Scavenging ·OH radical ability of bottom polysaccharides is better than that of upper crude polysaccharides.On the whole,Samples from upper crude polysaccharides and bottom polysaccharides both have scavenging DPPH radical ability,scavenging ·OH radical ability,Scavenging O2-radical ability and total reducing power ability.Antioxidant ability of Vc is more obvious than crude polysaccharides of Dictyophora indusiata.
