Objective:To study and to improve the standard of diagnosis and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of acute diarrhea in children Methods:Using the tool books and modern literature to research.Select strong authoritative reference books such as pediatrics of TCM textbooks,monographs,external treatment of TCM materials,professional guide etc.Modern literatures are retrieved by means of CNKI,CBMDisc and Pubmed.Keywords use "diarrhea","external treatment of TCM","umbilicus" etc.Retrieve Journals on external treatment of acute diarrhea in children literature in recent ten years at home and abroad.On the basis of literature research,34 experts in line with the conditions are selected by use the method of Delphi,After that,we conduct two rounds of expert questionnaire survey.Results:the summary of classified the collected documents,sum up out of classification,external treatment type and treatment of the name of acute diarrhea in children.After two rounds of expert questionnaire,After two rounds of expert questionnaire,commonly used drugs,techniques of umbilicus therapy,massage therapy treatment syndromes of TCM and treatment are summarized and analyzed Conclusion.Summarize the diagnosis and treatment of acute diarrhea in children of external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine at last.First,Summarizes the external treatment of TCM Syndromes of acute diarrhea in children,naming rules for classification and external treatment through literature research.Second,after two rounds of expert questionnaire survey,summed up the external treatment of TCM diagnosis and treatment of acute diarrhea in children.Third,integrating the preliminary research results,summarized the diagnosis and treatment of TCM for acute diarrhea in children(Draft),laid the foundation for the diagnosis and treatment and improve the standard of acute diarrhea in children.
