Clinical Research On Regulation Of Medicines For The Treatment By Professor Xie Jingri Of Functional Constipation

Objective:Using statistical software for Professor Xie Jingri treatment of functional constipation in Traditional Chinese Medicine research, investigate prescription drug laws, and then summarize the treatment of this disease clinical drug experience.Methods:Collect in March 2010 to December 2015 Professor Xie Jingri at the clinic diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation patients's medical records. Use Excel, SPSS 19.0 statistics software, from the drug efficacy, Four Qi, Five Flavors and Meridian Entry, use the frequency analysis, clustering analysis, to explore the clinical medication rule of professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of functional constipation.Results:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,there were 164 cases selected,134 drugs were involved, using the total frequency 2751 times, including the frequency in more than 20 times drugs 28 kinds, its cumulative using frequency is 80.44%. Immature Bitter Orange (145 times), areca (145 times), Rhubarb (129 times), radix bupleuri (125 times) Mangnolia officinalis(123 times), semen cannabis(116 times), semen pruni (114 times), Lindera aggregata (114 times), Amomum cardamomum (111 times), Alpinia katsumadai (103 times) is in turn the frequency using to the top10. Medicine class involves 11 categories, Qi-Regulating Drugs(26.44%), dampness-transforming,medicinal(18.14%),Tonicdrug(14.53%),catharticdrug (14.41%),heat-clearingdrug(7.58%),digestantdrug(5.58%),blood-activatingsta sis-resolving(3.93%), these seven drug categories accounted 90.61%of the total frequency, in turn, is the frequency using to the top 7. Warm(47.84%), micro cold(18.42%), flat(17.78%),in turn, is the frequency of Four Qi using the top 3. pungency (37.64%),bitterness(26.63%), sweetness(23.90%), in turn, is the frequency Five Flavors using to the top 3.
