Clinical Study On Tongfukuanzhongtang Combined With Auricular Point Sticking Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Spleen-qi Stagnation

Objectives: To observe the effect of the tongfukuanzhongtang combined with Auricular Point Sticking on treatment of functional constipation of spleen-qi stagnation.To evaluate the clinical advantages and safety.To provide a basis for promoting safe and easy,low economic,simple and effective therapy Chinese characteristics.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria,90 patients were enrolled,and randomly divided into 3 groups:Chinese medicine group(30 cases),given tongfukuanzhongtang,daily a agent;integrated group(30 cases),given tongfukuanzhongtang, daily a agent combined with Auricular Point Sticking;western medicine group(30 cases), given Lactulose oral solution orally,once a bag,twice a day.Observation on treatment were for four weeks.To collect three sets of data before and after treatment in the clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms efficacy ratings,improvement of quality of life,SAS,.Using SPSS17.0 software for data statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect.The total efficiency of the Integrated group,Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group were 93.3%, 86.7%,76.7%.Integrated total effective rate was higher than the combination of Chinese medicine group,and has significant difference(P<0.05).2.The main symptoms of constipation integral.After treatment,the three groups can improve the symptoms of constipation,But the overall group and Chinese medicine group in improving the defecation interval aspects defecation time,not the flu better than comparison group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).and,integrated group was better than Chinese medicine group in the defecation time,not the flu(P<0.05);No significant difference in improving the stool traits,the degree of difficulty(P>0.05).3.The minor symptoms of constipation integral.After treatment,the integrated group and Chinese medicine group in improving weakness,shortness of breath,fatigue lazy words,bloating,flank pain,loss of appetite,anxiety and depression,belch,bowel vector gas,tongue were better than western medicine group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Integrated group was superior to Chinese medicine group in terms of bloating,flank pain, anxiety and depression,belching(P<0.05).No significant difference in terms of remaining aspects(P>0.05).4.SAS,SDS scores.The SAS,SDS scores of comprehensive group and Chinese medicine group,before and after treatment,were significantly different(P<0.01 or P<0.05);The SAS,SDS scores of western medicine group,before and after treatment, was no significantly different(P>0.05). Integrated group and Chinese medicine group after treatment comparison showed that integrated group was batter than the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).It showed that integrated group was superior to Chinese medicine group, western medicine group in improving anxiety,depression aspects.5.SGRQ scores.The SGRQ scores of comprehensive group and Chinese medicine group,before and after treatment,were significantly different(P<0.01 or P<0.05);The SGRQ scores of western medicine group,before and after treatment,was no significantly different(P>0.05).Integrated group and Chinese medicine group after treatment comparison showed that integrated group was batter than the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).It showed that integrated group was superior to Chinese medicine group,western medicine group in improving SGRQ scores.Conclusions:The efficacy of the tongfukuanzhongtang combined with Auricular Point Sticking on Treatment of Functional Constipation of spleen-qi stagnation was exactly,it can better improve constipation symptoms,quality of life,anxiety and depression.
