Effect Of Guanxinxiaokean Capsules On Vascular Endothelial Function Of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Coronary Heart Disease Of Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis And Heat Toxicity

Coronary heart disease and diabetes are two kinds of common internal medicine diseases,and often appear in combination.Diabetes happening with coronary heart disease at the same moment or orderly is called diabetic coronary heart disease.Well,Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantage in the therapy.Also,it can improve the clinical symptoms,the quality of patients' life,and adjust the disorder of the body function in every aspect.So researching on diabetic vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary disease can give a lot of help to preview the results of disease and guide to use medicine.Objective: The present study intends to compare the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,insulin resistance index(IRI)and flow-mediated dilation(FMD)before and after treatment through clinical observation,aiming to investigate the clinical efficacy of Guanxinxiaokean Capsules in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease(Qi-yin deficiency combined with stasis-heat syndrome)and its effect on endothelial function.Methords: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study,60 patients with diabetic coronary heart disease who hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine or visited the outpatient department were selected,and divided into control group and treatment group with 30 patients in each group based on the random number table;as for administration,the treatment group was administrated with Guanxinxiaokean Capsules in addition to standardized medication following the usage: 3 times/day,4 capsules/time,oral administration after meals for a total of 4 weeks,while the control group was only treated with based therapy.Course of treatment of above 2 groups was 1month.Results:(1)The gender,age,course of the disease,etc.of patients in two groupst have no significant differences,P>0.05.(2)After the treatment,the Chinese medical syndrome and IRI in two groups improved significantly,much more in the treatment group,P<0.05.(3)Before the treatment,there is no doference in FMD in two groups,P>0.05;after the treatment,two groups improved while the treatment group improved significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion: This research showed that Guanxinxiaokean Capsules can obvious improve the symptoms of the patients with diabetic coronary heart disease,and improve the patients' IRI and vascular endothelial function.
