This article includes two parts:literature survey and clinical investigation.First, literature surveyTO investigate the function of vascular endothelial and traditional Chinese medicine cognition in coronary heart disease patients and coronary heart disease patients with diabetes mellitus patiensts or impaired glucose tolerance patients. A large number of research data confirmed the injury of vascular endothelial function, as a kind of clinical syndrome,is closely related to coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose tolerance.All of the three diseases can cause injury of vascular endothelial function, when both exist at the same time, the injury of vascular endothelial function is more obvious. In addition,from the traditional Chinese medicine angle,the article analyses the etiology and pathogenesis common type,prescription drugs of chest pain and diabetes mellitus. This part summarized the pathogenesis of vascular endothelial function injury and its relationship with coronary-heart disease, diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance, the diagnostic criteria and treatment of coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance, the etiology and pathogenesis, prescription drugs of chest pain and diabetes mellitus.Second, clinical investigationObjection:By measuring the FMD of patients with coronary heart disease, diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, diabetic with coronary heart disease to explore the correlation of vascular endothelial dysfunction with these diseases, as well as risk factors for coronary heart disease and TCM syndromes, so as to achieve the purpose of early prevention.Method:Using the endothelial function tester made in UNEX company of Japan to measure the FMD of200patients including71cases of CHD patients.32cases of patients with DM,16patients with IGT and81patients without coronary heart disease, without diabetes,without impaired glucose tolerance, and to determine their age, gender, BM1, heart rate, blood pressure, biochemical items, SOD, HbAlc and TCM syndrome type data, into the Excel database, SPSS version17software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The FMD of the diabetic group, coronary heart disease group, coronary heart disease and diabetes group, compared with the control group, their differences were statistically (P<0.05), and the diabetic group, coronary heart disease group were statistically significant (P<0.01).the FMD of diabetic group is relatively low compared with the CHD group. The FMD of coronary heart disease and diabetes group is lower than the CHD group, but higher than the diabetic group. Compared with impaired glucose tolerance group, diabetic group was statistically significant (P<0.01).2.In the TCM syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease,the syndromes of qi deficiency and blood stasis type was the most, accounting for39.4%; followed by phlegm and blood stasis type, accounting for26.8%, the rank of TCM Syndromes of endothelial function in coronary heart disease:phlegm block XINMAI>Qi deficiency and blood stasis group> phlegm and blood stasis group>heart and kidney deficiency group.The FMD of type of qi deficiency and blood stasis,the type of phlegm block XINMAI, compared with the control groups were statistically difference (P<0.05)3. Patients with diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, syndromes of wet and hot block slpeen most, accounting for36.4%; followed by blood stasis type, accounting for29.9%. The rank of TCM Syndromes of endothelial function in diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance are: deficiency of yin and hot group> Qi Yin deficiency group> blood stasis group> wet and hot block spleen group.The FMD of deficiency of yin and hot compared with the control groups was statistically difference (P<0.05).4. By observing the statistics on200patients we can found that FMD was positively related with SOD, HDL-C in patients with coronary heart disease (P<0.05); UA, HbAlc, age was negatively correlated (P<0.05); FMD was not related with CHO, LDL-C, TG, CRP, HCY, BMI (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Coronary heart disease and diabetes can lead to the injury of endothelial function, the injury of endothelial function caused by diabetes is harder than coronary heart disease.2. The vascular endothelial of Phlegm block XINMAI and qi deficiency and blood stasis type in coronary heart disease patients is easily to be hurted.3. The vascular endothelial of deficiency of yin and hot in diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance patients is easily to be hurted.4.The endothelial function is positively related with SOD, HDL-C and negatively related with UA, HbAlc, age.
