| Objective To conform to the inclusion criteria of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in postoperative patients underwent randomization,applied to pure western medicine treatment,intervention in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,observe its clinical curative effect,to patients with blood stasis syndrome score,clinical primary symptom score,Seattle angina questionnaire,physical and chemical indicators,the primary end point,secondary end points,to evaluate combine traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention in the treatment of coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods From the first affiliated hospital of henan university of Chinese medicine into the standard of 160 cases of emergency PCI or haing electie PCI in patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group and control group were 80 cases.Control patients with normal angina pectoris medicine standardized drug treatment,the treatment group on the basis of standardized treatment in western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,a course of 6 months,observe two groups of 3 months and 6 months after PCI in patients with blood stasis syndrome of integrated scoring,clinical primary symptom score,Seattle angina questionnaire,physical and chemical indicators,the primary end point,the secondary end point.With blood stasis syndrome integral,clinical primary symptom score and Seattle angina questionnaire evaluation in patients with angina pectoris symptom onset and the improvement of the quality of life;With routine blood,stool routine + occult blood test,urine routine,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation function as a safety measure.Results 1.Two groups of patients in the hospital when the general clinical data and the curative effect of sexual indicators have no statistical differences(P > 0.05),the treatment group and control group in comparable.2.After 3 months of treatment,the treatment group of Chinese medicine symptom integral has significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the control group of TCM symptoms have a slightly elevated,difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),Chinese medicine symptom integral is compared between group therapy group was obviously lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group of Chinese medicine symptom integral has significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < comparison between the treatment group is lower than the control group,blood stasis syndrome integral difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.After 3 months treatment of the Seattle angina questionnaire each integral treatment group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The control points for all rise,difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group of the Seattle Angina form the integral than groups were increased,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),control group PL,TS and DS integral than groups were increased,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).When the AS and AF scores were increased,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Group comparison: the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.The whole observation study end point events.6.The safety indicators test results compared with before treatment result is roughly same,that combine traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention has higher security.Conclusion In patients with coronary artery disease after PCI angina pectoris medicine standardized drug therapy on the basis of add guanxindanshendiwan,qishenyiqidiwan,danloupian,fructus tablet,alleviate symptoms in patients with angina pectoris,can significantly improve the life quality of patients.This study safety indicators suggest bolted by guanxindanshendiwan,qishenyiqidiwan,danloupian,fructus tablet has good security. |
