Clinic Observation On Decoction For Removing Blood Stasis With HCG To Cure Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome

Objectives:This thesis is to evaluate ovulation rate of LUFS patients after treatments by comparing the clinical effect of decoction for removing blood stasis and western medicine with simple western medicine to cure the luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,which aims at offering some scientific and effective treatment protocols for integrative medicine therapy on blood stasis LUFS.Methods: 60 outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2014 to February 2015 accepted the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome and these cases were collected to be randomly divided into 30 cases of control group and 30 cases of treatment group,whereas the control group given with human chorionic gonadotropin and the treatment group given with human chorionic gonadotropin and decoction for removing blood stasis.Based on this,the available data were done statistical treatment,recording the condition,the symptom and signs,and the ovulation between pre and post treatment of each patient.Results:Clinical general therapeutic effect:1?After treatment,the ovulation rate in the treatment group shows obvious difference in that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group is69% and the treatment group is 47% respectively,and these two groups' comparison and difference had statistical significance.2?The comprehensive efficacy integral and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment had the remarkable significance.Conclusion:1?Decoction for removing blood stasis combined with HCG work well on improving the ovulation rate of LUFS patients.2?Decoction for removing blood stasis combined with HCG can obviously improve LUFS patients' clinical symptoms,which is superior to simple western medicine treatments.
