Effects Of HCG Combined With Bushen Lishi Huoxue Decoction And Acupuncture Therapy On Ovulation Of Patients With Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective Observing the effect of the treatment of HCG combined with Bushen Huoxue Lishi decoction and acupuncture therapy on the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the serum hormone levels,and the ovulation rate of LUFS and providing a kind of effective treatment of LUFS patinents.Methods 94 LUFS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis collected from 2012.10~2015.2 in gynecologic outpatients in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated hospital were randomly divided into three groups:the control group(32 cases,group A),treated with HCG;the control group(30 cases,group B),treated with HCG combined with Bushen Huoxue Lishi decoction;the treatment group(32 cases,group A),treated with HCG combined with Bushen Huoxue Lishi decoction and acupuncture therapy.Three groups were observed for three menstrual cycles continuously.Observe and compare TCM syndrome points,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients of the three groups before and after treatment.Results (1)Data analysis showed that TCM syndrome points of the three groups of LUFS patients were similar before treatment(P > 0.05);TCM syndrome points of the three groups of LUFS patients were singnificantly different after treatment(P<0.05);TCM syndrome points of patients in group A showed no significant differences(P > 0.05)before and after treatment,but the clinical symptom scores of the patients in group B and group C are obviously lower than that of group A(P<0.05),but there is no singnificant differences between that of group B and group C.(2)The ovulation rate reached 36.56%in group A,51.11%in group B,69.23%in group C respectively.The difference in the ovulation rate is significant between the three groups(P<0.05),which is higher in that of group C and lower in that of group A.(3)The pregnancy rate reached 16.13% in group A,30.00% in group B,58.06%in group C respectively.The difference in the pregnancy rate is significant between the three groups(P<0.05),which is higher in that of group C and lower in that of group A.Conclusion The treatment of HCG combined with Bushen Lishi Huoxue decoction and acupuncture therapy had considerable effects on the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate of LUFS patinents with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
