Clinical Study Of Banxiaxiexin Jiajian Decoction Treatment Of Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:Clinical study of chronic non atrophic gastritis,observing the effect of the Banxia xinxin jiajian decoction on the symptoms and signs of chronic non atrophic gastritis,and the e ffec t of gastroscopy,exploring new ideas and new methods for the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The selection criteria of chronic non atrophic gastritis in 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(30 cases) were given treatment of the Banxiaxiexin jiajian decotion,the control group(30 cases) received the treatment of Dalitong granule.Using randomized, controlled trials,after medicating 1 month,observing two groups of clinical curative effect and signing the record score of two groups of clinical symptoms,imaging examination score and judging curative effect,then finishing statistical analysis.Result:The total effective rate of Banxiaxiexin jiajian decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic non gastritis is obviously better than Dalitong granule group dose(P <0.05).Comparison of two groups before and after treatment,Banxiaxiexin jiajian decoction group and Dalitong granule group in the comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,the change of gastroscopy and other indicators,have obvious differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical studies showed that two kinds of drugs in the treatment of patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis can effectively improve the epigastric distension or pain, belching, acid, food less anorexia, defecate deformed etc. clinical and have significant differences in the overall efficacy and gastroscopy changes(P < 0.05).Banxiaxiexin jiajian decoction treatment group is better than that of Dalitong granule group.
